Camping Dolomiti

To the mountains… take off under your own steam in all weathers on the hiking and cycling trails around Camping Dolomiti, or join one of the many excursions arranged regularly by the team – perhaps rafting, canyoning, climbing or mountain biking in the Alpine surroundings. A cycle path runs along the Noce river from Dimaro (bicycle hire is available on site). Other options are within biking or driving distance, such as the Museum of Solandra Culture in Malé (10 minutes' drive), highlighting the historic customs and traditions of the Val di Sole during the last centuries, or Castel Caldes (10 minutes), dating back to the 13th century. Elsewhere around the valley, you could follow the Noce to where it flows into the artificial Lake Santa Giustina (25 minutes); mooch around Malè (10 minutes); go wildlife watching in Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio (from 15 minutes) or sink into the therapeutic springs of Pejo (25 minutes). Sores Park (45 minutes), an adventure park with treetop trails for all ages, is a good activity for families.
