You'd probably come to this Sardinian site just for the pool. But Campeggio Tonnara in the southeast of Sardinia overlooks the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean too, with direct access to a beach for long swims, boat tours or sand-based basking. Tonnara is on Sant'Antioco, in the splendid inlet of Cala Sapone with its sandy beach. After a relaxing day at the seaside, have an aperitif in the beach bar or a pizza at sunset. There's also a small supermarket selling local produce (and newspapers) and a bar selling Italian ice cream along with its drinks and appetisers. Campeggio Tonnara is sorted for whatever type of siteside day you fancy: at the big pool with different depths for kids and adults, open all day and lifeguarded; playing tennis, volleyball, football, bowls or ping pong, or taking a book/ tablet/ your own thoughts and settling down for a chill out at the colourful gardens, spacious communal areas or by the playground while the kids let loose. Once you're ready to leave all this loveliness and go exploring, hire a bike from the team and take off around this excellent area of coast.

Campeggio Tonnara is on the artificial island of Sant'Antioco, in the historical region and wildlife haven of Sulcis Iglesiente. As Sant'Antioco and Sardinia's civilisation dates back to Nuragic times, the region has piles of old sites to see as well as many museums and historical centres. Sant'Antioco options include the island catacombs, the only ones in the whole Sardinia region; the Ferruccio Barreca archaeological museum; the Phoenician tophet, and the nuragic basin of Grutti Water. The fine sandy beaches, blue seas and secluded coves of the area are also highly recommended by the site team, including Is Praneddas and Cala della Signorina, both near the site; the long sandy beaches of Calasetta to the north and, easily accessible by ferry, the beaches of the island of San Pietro and the rocky islands of Cow, Calf and Taurus. And as you might reckon for such an islandy and Mediterranean base, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, swimming, snorkelling, diving and deep sea fishing can all be stuck into here too, along with climbing and caving for the more adventurous.

喜欢: Rewelacyjnie położony kamping, w uroczej zatoce bezpośrednio przy plaży (kamienista) przepiękne zachody słońca i miejsce na nurkowanie i pływanie na SUPach. Nad plaża jest z klimatem Bar, gdzie trafiliśmy na mega imprezę przy muzyce live. (o 22.00 przestrzegana cisza nocna) Kamping ma fajny basen dla dzieciaków ze zjeżdżalnią a dla dorosłych
w sam raz aby się schodzić( obowiązują czepki). Zaplecze też jedne z lepszych jakie spotkaliśmy na Sardynii czyste łazienki i toalety. Przesympatyczna obsługa - gorące pozdrowienia dla Fabio!, który troszczy się o swoich gości i jest wiecznie uśmiechnięty. Był to nasz najlepszy kemping na Sardynii i bardzo żałujemy że tylko 3 dni, jeżeli wrócimy na Sardynię to napewno w to przepiękne miejsce.

喜欢: Ein guter Campingplatz, die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, Probleme werden sofort gelöst. Die Plätze von 32 bis 44€ sind großzügig und bieten zum größten Teil auch Privatsphäre. Die Strandbar ist sehr schön besonders bei tollen Sonnenuntergängen.
Der kleine Supermarkt ist Ok und hat das nötigste, Brot beziehungsweise Brötchen besser vorbestellen.
Der Strand ist gemischt Sand, Felsen und Steine. Die Waschmaschinen haben 2 Programme 45 Minuten und zweieinhalb Stunden 5€, Organisation nicht einfach, besser vorbestellen.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber, leider ohne Warmwasser an Spül- und Waschbecken, Seife leider auch nicht vorhanden.
Die Toilettenentsorgung ist wirklich nicht schön, kommt in den gleichen Guly wo WoMo ihr Grauwasser ablassen, auf der Betonplatte wirklich unangenehm.
Leider auch kein Trinkwasser vorhanden.
Eine Inselrundfahrt mit dem Fahrrad sowie Wanderungen in der Umgebung super.
