Very good size pitches, all with hedging for privacy.
Facilities clean.
Swimming pool perfect on the really hot days we were there!! It isn't big but enough for a dip to cool down.
Bread / croissants etc can be ordered for pick up at reception from 8am.
WiFi signal around reception area good.

不喜欢 Phone signal drops in and out but that's not a bad thing!!

喜欢 Very welcoming owners on this lovely peaceful site. He really seemed to love his campsite which was well planted and had lovely additions like a full sized caravan converted into a play room for children with books and games inside.
The site had huge pitches and lots of shade. We only stayed a night but it would be a gorgeous place to stay longer and explore the region. The toilets and showers were unisex which is no problem and were very clean. The bonus of a pool was very welcome as we arrived on a day that was 41 degrees.
There was a fast food kiosk on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays and a note told us that a man called Eric comes on Sundays and sells pizza from his van.

喜欢 Het is een heerlijke, groene no- nonsens camping. Kleinschalig en daardoor persoonlijk. Fantastiche verzorging en toezicht van de eigenaren. Zwembad super schoon.

不喜欢 Jammer dat het voor velen een doorgangscamping is.

Wine-based days are within day-trip distance: take tours, taste the wares and pick up single bottles or several cases – all up to you. The Burgundy region is an hour’s drive away, and the vineyards and wineries around Mâcon about 20 minutes or so. From Mâcon, follow the wine trail down the banks of the Saône river as far as Beaujolais, calling into numerous vineyards that overlook the river as you go. (Should you prefer to head straight to Beaujolais, it’s about a 50-minute drive). A spot of gentle exercise is almost certainly a good idea too when your hols are likely to involve much guzzling: walks close to the site take in the wetlands that are a real birdwatching haven, and villages full of timbered farmhouses with decorative Saracen chimneys to keep an eye out for. Horse and pony riding trips run from an equestrian centre five minutes’ drive away, or head to Mâcon for a pleasant paddle on the waters of the Saône in a canoe or kayak.
