Great facilities but not very peaceful

喜欢 Lots of facilities, very helpful staff, great restaurant
不喜欢 If you want to be away from 2 coach-loads of teenagers, don’t choose pitch 5! Lots of shower doors banging for no reason. Also, pitch 5 was supposed to be superior but I’m not sure how it was different than any other pitch

We are sorry that your stay on pitch 5 was affected by the presence of a large group nearby. Unfortunately, this kind of situation can occasionally happen.
Regarding pitch 5, it is one of our Premium pitches, which includes a private cabanon equipped with a fridge, two deckchairs, a parasol and a picnic table (features not included with our standard pitches). We're sorry if this was not clearly communicated or didn't meet your expectations.

喜欢 Never got the chance, when we finally found the reception, we were met will 3 giggling young girls clearly ready to tell the middle aged English couple that they needed to provide a 400 euro deposit, by way of a check, to stay on the camp. When my wife pointed out that we were in our own camper, we were told that even though it wasn't normal policy, we would have to provide it to stay.
We left.

不喜欢 The price of food and drink. Kept getting incorrect information from staff that were obviously in training. Loved the lagoon with my grandson

As for the food and drink prices, we always do our best to keep them as fair as possible while maintaining quality. 喜欢 The toilet and shower blocks were very clean and the lagoon was beautiful. Nice friendly staff and tasty food.
不喜欢 Too many young children unsupervised banging the toilet and shower doors thinking it's funny and filling the toilets with toilet roll trying to flood them. The parents should be keeping control of their kids.
