We've agreed to re arrange your booking free of charge with a credit of one night but you have given us a customer service rating of 3. This has bemused us as you seem pleased with that in your review comment. We are also confused by the rating of 3 for our WIFI which you haven't even used and you have also given us a 3 for our cleanliness! Kind regards, The Woodlands.

喜欢 The views during the day and at night.
The facilities were exceptional - always clean and tidy. Nice hot showers and plenty of space to change.
The quietness of the site
We didn't bring our dog but plenty of walks for them.
Friendly staff
The locality to nearby attractions- Devils Bridge just a 5 minute walk away, steam train, pub and chocolate shop.
Not a must but excellent wifi since the general signal for mobile data isn't so great.

不喜欢 Our pitch was on a slope - couldn't be helped but would have preferred to be on a flat surface.
The shop had limited items so bring the essentials if you are needing them for the weekend.

喜欢 That must be the most cleanest and warmest and nicest bathrooms and showers area. The cleanliness oh my god, everything was spotless. Reception was really nice and welcoming on first day

喜欢 well laid out site with plenty of room, very well kept and tidy. Brand new toilet facilities, very clean. Everything you need on site with a nice cefe, and a short walk to Devils Bridge and the Hafod Hotel

喜欢 Spacious pitches site beautifully kept and well maintained.
Dog walk and plenty of poo bins.
Walking distance of Devils Bridge and the Steam Railway.
Toilets and Showers excellent plenty of hot water and warm inside.
Didn’t use the cafe as only there for a weekend will definitely return 😄

喜欢 Spacious grass electric pitches for our campervan, facilities were excellent, staff were very helpful. Few minutes walk to devils bridge / waterfalls.

喜欢 Lovely spacious pitch and level. Welcomed warmly by the staff.
Showers and facilities were first class.

Was a little concerned the toilets didn't have a key pad entry for safety.

不喜欢 The on site cafe was very disappointing. Dog owners are definitely second class not allowed in the cafe to eat. Tried once for lunch which would have been nice had it not gone cold in the freezing weather.

来自经理: Thank you for your review. I'm glad that you liked our park and shower block and found our staff friendly. We take a lot of pride in keeping our facilities clean and tidy. We used to have a keypad entry on our facility block but the constant sound of beeping as people were using it became an issue.

I am sorry that you found the on site cafe disappointing - It isn't run by ourselves but I know they work very hard. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed to eat inside but there is space outside where you can eat with them. It's just a shame the weather wasn't warm for you so that you could have enjoyed it.

I hope that you will return again when the weather is warmer :)
