Woodland paw pod is a luxury glamping pod with everything needed for a relaxing stay with your four legged family members. Inside its own enclosed area with space for the dogs to stretch their legs and go to the toilet. Down next to the carpark is a fenced in area for the dogs to exercise and play on the agility equipment. The pod has a double bed, plus a sofa bed if needed upon request, breakfast/dinning bar, smart tv, wet room and fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is also a hot tub, decking area and fire pit with bbq grill, so you curl up with a blanket and watch the beautiful sunset. You are welcome to use the 3 fields surrounding the glampsite to explore with your dog as these are owned by us. There is also a bridle path that runs along the fields behind if you fancy a longer stroll. There is also a woodland path a 10 minute walk away down the drive and along the road to the right. This has a great view towards town and the Cambrian hills, and is a good path for dogs to run along and burn some energy! We often have birds of prey, including Red Kites and buzzards, flying overhead so keep your eyes peeled! Clear nights are perfect for star gazing, with a brilliant view of the night sky from your decking or hot tub. This is a dark sky area so the stars are very clear!

Our postcode is SY23 4HU and that brings you just short of our driveway, so keep driving another 100 yards and you will see the sign for Four Paws. The easiest routes to reach us are via the M4 to Swansea, and up through Carmarthen and Lampeter, if you are coming from the South, or via Newtown and the A470/A44 if you're coming from the Midlands or further North. Our postcode brings you to about 100 yards short of our entrance which is well signposted, but it is single lanes for the last couple of miles to us from the main road, in both directions, so please take care and drive slowly. ​ What 3 words: coining.mimes.belief

Aberystwyth town is a 20 minute drive away, great for days by the seaside. You can explore the Victorian seafront and Royal Pier, paddle by the promenade, enjoy the arcade, or sample fish and chips. There's also a lovely selection of independent shops and cafes to explore. For exploring the countryside, take the Vale of Rheidol Railway (20 minutes), a scenic, dog friendly steam train ride through wooded valleys. Devil's Bridge Waterfalls (20 minutes) is a spectacular natural site in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains. The waterfall is a series of five drops, totaling around 300 feet, plunging through a deep, wooded gorge.
