喜欢: The pitches were well spaced, the campsite was beautiful in a lovely location, the kids loved the park and arcade and the facilities were excellent

不喜欢: - the arcade needs an update as some of the toys in the machines are growing mould.

喜欢: The first toilet block was clean with decent showers.

不喜欢: Staff in the shop were very rude. Two sisters I believe. Not friendly with my two small, smiley, happy children just grateful to be there, their attitude was not welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable.
Park is OK.
Toilet block opposite very dirty.
My pitch was on top of tree roots making it difficult to pitch my tent and uneven making for an uncomfortable stay to which I left a day early.
Can't blame the site for my neighbours but I believe staff should frequent trips around to keep an eye on things, the family next to me were loud and inconsiderate, allowing their children to use my own children's equipment without asking and their dog crying and barking all day.

来自经理: I am sorry that your stay was disappointing for you. If you had let us know that your pitch was not suitable, we could have moved you to another pitch.
Our toilets and showers are cleaned regularly by our dedicated staff, but they cant be there 24 hours a day.
Our staff in the shop are always friendly and welcoming, so I am surprised to hear that you thought they weren't.
We recommend that any of our customers who have a problem whilst staying on our park, come to reception to let us know, then we can try to solve them.

喜欢: Peaceful family friendly atmosphere.. really good and clean facilities. Liked that there was no signal for phones meant could really escape the world. Playground for kids to be entertained was good. Well stocked shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was good. Beautiful scenery. Ground was well kept and easy to put tend up. Handles the heavy rain we'll. Easy to book and cater for our needs to pitch close together and to facilities and play area. Meant we could see and hear them but could llrt them play too.

不喜欢: Pool got a bit busy at times and changing facilities a bit noisy and disorganised. Quite slow food service and menu options inconsistent. Not much in the way of clubhouse entertainment sos didn't spend hardly any time or money in there. Games room was quite poor for things to do... weather was awful but can't hold that against you

喜欢: Lots of space - well marked out pitches. Very well Maintained. Good shower blocks and other facilities. Lovely woodland walk to the beach. Golf course looked good but didn’t play. Swimming pool on site, but we didn’t use it.
Great kids play park.
Felt very safe and all other campers very friendly.

不喜欢: The cafe bar which is situated in the club house didn’t open until 1200hrs. Which means you can’t get a breakfast there. Opens at 12 and you can’t get take away pizza etc. but missing a trick with no breakfasts. There maybe other options on site, but we didn’t know about them if there was

Not a dislike, just to be aware. There is no phone signal. And no wifi. There is wifi in the club house I believe should you venture up there. But in some ways; keeping the kids and myself off my phone was a good thing! But if you rely on signal for business - you won’t get any!

喜欢: Cleanliness of the toilets and showers, well done to the gentleman involved.
Very spacious pitches.
Grassy areas well maintained.
Good access to walks and beach.

不喜欢: WIFI erratic and has to be paid for separately. In this day and age the cost should be included and the service should be better. If they can do it in the Scottish Highlands, why not here?
Many areas are very scruffy and need tidied up.
Too far from local services, particularly since the bridge into Kirkcudbright was closed.

喜欢: The overall location of the site is tremendous with beautiful views. A short walk to sandy bay with stunning views. The overall view of the camp site is very well kept and all the workers and stuff on the site are very friendly and welcoming when you come to reception a pitch up. And the prices of food and shopping, we’re not too high considering the location.

不喜欢: They draw back is the bar area and cafeteria don’t open until 12pm. So if you want have cooked breakfast in the cafeteria its more of lunch. But not to dramatic.
