喜欢 I wanted to say its awfull, rubbish, dont go there, you wont like it, just to keep people away and keep what is an absolutely brilliant tranquil little family run site as our Devon secret to return to!!!
However in the interests of fairness to Paul and Sally, who are friendly approachable attentive, it's an amazing little place, well run, clean, tidy and quiet. Safe for kids to be kids, and adults just to chill in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by nature and escape the modern world.
Facilities were clean, well presented with great showers and toilets.
Pitch size was one of the best we've had and ample for a campervan, trailer and air awning with a good level of privacy and room for kids to play.
You need to bring everything with you and be happy to be self sufficient. There are no shops nearby and none of the pitches have electricity hook up.
We would certainly recommend it and look to come back in the future. The kids loved it and so did we.

不喜欢 Having to leave....
Drivers of bigger vans, people towing and towns folk who can't reverse or drive in Devons lanes beware and follow the site owners directions for access as all the roads Waze and your sat nav send you down aren't grockle friendly and are single track with passing places.

喜欢 We all had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at Pittaford Farm. We stayed on Daisy which was very large and had a lovely view over the valley, whilst being close to the toilet & shower block. Our children had such a lovely time making friends and playing together, while we sat and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the site. All the facilities and the included fire pit were perfect for us.

喜欢 Beautiful site, really well looked after and lovely toilet, shower and wash up facilities.

Gorgeous rural location surrounded by farmland.

Lovely and quiet, bbq's and firepits welcome.

Sites nicely spaced for privacy and room.

Dog friendly and lots of lovely walking to be had.

不喜欢 About an hours walk to the beach which was about twice what I thought. A good 40mins to the two local pubs, which isn't ridiculous but its very hilly and it was very hot whilst we were there which made the walking a bit much for us and the dog.

We were in a sprinter sized caravan which was a bit fun on the country lanes..... if we wanted to go anywhere we had to go on foot really, which just made this a little to rural for exploring.

喜欢 Amazing countryside views, good facilities (fridges, electric plugs, excellent showers).
Stayed at the bell tent and it was very comfortable: kitchen space with gas stove and portable big fridge.
Football space for kids.

不喜欢 I wished the toilets were more and more private, just 3 in total, wall doesn’t touch the floor so you can hear everything happening in the three toilets.
Bear in mind NO music at all at all times which felt like a downer when we wanted low music.
Driving in the small lanes felt unsafe at points.

喜欢 We had a wonderful week stay, we were nervous about the non electric pitch but the facilities made up for the lack of it. Fridges and freezer to store food, charger points for phones etc. Nice to be able to have a fire at the pitch. I was worried about the lack of things for my seven year old to do but there were plenty of children playing at the football net together. It was nice to see children playing instead of on their devices! If you want to disconnect from tech and get back to nature this is the place to be, so peaceful and quiet. Paul was very accommodating when we asked for help, nice chap. If you want a sheltered pitch try and go for the first two after the facilities but be aware if you are a light sleeper people going to the toilet in the night will wake you up walking to and from as the pitches are very near to the path. I would be aware that the lanes to pittaford are single track and can be a bit daunting at first but once you have done them a few times they are really not that bad.

喜欢 The pitch options. The peace and quiet. At 10pm site was silent.
Big spacious showers. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely return to this site.

喜欢 Generous pitch sizes and not too many pitches on the site. set quiet times so you’re not disturbed by other campers into the early hours. Nearby to lovely local beaches and other pretty towns/villages. We would definitely go back.

Very typical for the area, but very narrow and glorious country lanes (single track mostly, with plenty of passing places). We loved it, but definitely not for everybody or those who are less confident on these types of roads.

不喜欢 Very minor. As there is an understandable ‘no cars at pitches’ policy to allow children to play freely around the site, it did mean that we were a little too far away to use the car as overspill storage, so the tent did become quite crowded with all of our stuff which we wouldn’t ordinarily keep in the tent if the vehicle was parked next to us.
