喜欢 Location ideal for visiting lots in area.
Space was good for children on bikes.
Showers and toilets were clean.

不喜欢 Play barn was disappointing as a lot of toys were broken and whole area needed some attention.
Litter about site.
Overall site felt neglected and shabby in places eg play area and cafe/shop.
Animal area was an attraction when booking but was again not as described, felt depressing to walk around.
We did not see any person working in any area on site while there.

喜欢 Check-in at this site is easy, pitch number is allocated and sent by email, so just arrive & pitch. We wanted to stay an extra night - it was quick and easy to add this. The grass tent pitches are flat and spacious - we will be back.

不喜欢 Not really a dislike - the site does get busy at weekends especially in holidays

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Quiet in the week.
Very regular cleaning.

Trampoline/ play barn / park / animals etc lovely for children

喜欢 We stayed in the 'over flow' off grid section at the far end of the campsite. There were 4 vans and a tent in the field with us with plenty of room. The toilets and showers were clean and easily accessible from where we stayed. We arrived a little later than planned but enjoyed a drink at the bar and breakfast in the morning.
We really enjoyed the stay.

Kids are in for a ride (as are the adults for that matter) on the 60 different attractions at Crealy Theme Park and Resort (half an hour’s drive). The Seaton Tramway’s (five minutes) heritage rides up the Axe Valley are likely to be a little less bumpy than the rollercoasters. Wildwood Escot (20 minutes) has softer attractions too, like slides, play areas and animal activities for younger kids. Beach day? There’s a beach in Seaton (15 minutes) and in Axmouth (20 minutes) too. If the sand and sea just isn’t cutting it one day, you may want to schedule in some time in the 18th-century Bicton Park Botanical Gardens (25 minutes) or Pecorama (15 minutes), which has model railways and a light railway above Beer. The south-coast attractions aren’t all about the cliffs, coves and coastal paths. Animals share the limelight too, especially at The Donkey Sanctuary (10 minutes) and the World of Country Life (40 minutes), which has vintage vehicles and chances to feed lambs and chicks.
