A lovely campsite with all you need for a good holiday.

喜欢 I loved the open field, and views over the nearby hills. There was a field for those that wanted electricity supplied, and another for those that didn't. The washroom block was clean, with large individual rooms where there was a WC, wash basin and shower. I never actually saw any of the owners, and I had to phone them up on arrival from outside the shop at the entrance to book in, but that didn't matter. The village of Polperro is just down the lane from the campsite and is a truly beautiful village, with wonderful places to eat and drink, and good walks along the coastal path. I would have enjoyed it more had it not been for the weather and my tent.
不喜欢 The weather. It was just my luck that the weather changed to wet and windy, and because I had a lousy tent, I had to come home way too early. I will be going again though, but next time, with a better tent.

喜欢 The electric hook up field had lovely views over fields to the sea. Water available in the field. We were allowed to choose our pitch which was a good size. As people have mentioned the wet rooms (showers) were great. They were the size of a small bedroom with an amazing shower, sink and toilet. The washing up area was covered and lit. There was a small farm shop which looked well stocked. There was a second non electric field which overlooked open fields with farm animals in. Unfortunately for us the weather was terrible for our short stay, but on a sunny hot day sitting outside in the spacious field looking down to the sea would be perfect. It’s a 15min walk down a steep lane to Polperro.
