喜欢 Very friendly reception on site by the owner. Lovely site and very well presented. Large grass pitches and very quiet evening/night. Amenities wereok and I believe they are being upgraded. Washing up area was basic. Generally a great site which I will return to.

喜欢 Open flat field area with hook-ups at one end and markings on grass for pitch boundaries at the other. Children’s play area in the middle.
Toilets/showers always clean, not too many but only small site. Nice touch is 13amp sockets by sink area for hair dryers/straighteners/mobile chargers if you don’t have hook-up.
Bus to/from Brighton every 12 mins for £3 single fare. Bus stop 10 mins walk away.

不喜欢 Entry road is narrow and DON’T try to enter or leave site in vehicle as school traffic nightmare (can’t blame site though)
Site is at the end of Brighton airport runway however only occasional small propeller planes used it and tended to be a weekend morning only thing.

喜欢 Stayed for 5 nights. Nice level, spacious grass pitches, never felt crowded in. Large open area in the centre of the site for children to play. Short walk to main road for buses along the coast to Worthing, or Brighton, and an easy walk into Lancing for trains, so it was simple to leave the van and get around. Owner told me that he was planning on improvements to enlarge shower/toilet block, which were pretty adequate for the numbers during our stay. Small on site shop, although I didn’t use so can’t comment further. Felt a comfortable and quiet site to stay on.

不喜欢 Hot water for washing was sometimes lacking. No drive over grey waste dump, although owner says he hopes to construct one during the winter. Although there is a wheeled cassette that you can borrow if you don’t have one.

喜欢 This is a lovely quiet field just of a housing estate but you would never know!
Flat pitches with electric hook up.
Decent facilities and a nice play area for kids and room to kick a ball (which is allowed).
Little coffee shop on site which looked nice but we didnt use it.
Train station 15 minute flat walk and a train every 15-20 mins to Brighton.
Asda also next to station for those essentials.
The site owners were great and recommended places to eat nearby and what might need booking. We ate at The Bridge in Shoreham which was great with a fab decking area looking over the water.
We also ate at The Perch in Lancing (definitely book), service was a little slow but food was fabulous 👌
We also had a major downpour just as we were about to take down the tent which meant we were late leaving the site and the owner was very good about this and appreciated we couldn't have taken it down whilst it was raining so heavy. We are truly grateful for his understanding 🙏
All in all a great site, great location and friendly owners.
We will not hesitate to book again if we want to visit Brighton in the future.

喜欢 Great location - near the beach, walking distance to Perch, the station and 700 bus to Brighton. Great clean facilities and well maintained. Spacious pitches and friendly owner. Also has a cafe which we didn’t use but very handy. Love the fact it has an outdoor table tennis table

不喜欢 Could do with another toilet and shower esp when busy.
