喜欢 Good size pitch, nice walks and good fishing.

喜欢 -Play areas for children
-big spacious field for dog walking
-nature trail
-big spacious toilet/shower area that was immaculately clean :)
-Nice and peaceful site
-Shop on site
-WiFi this is the only place we've visited where the WiFi actually worked on all of our devices, usually when we go away the WiFi is terrible, but it was really good here on the childrens tablets and phones.


Would definately recommend if you're seeking a peaceful relaxing holiday, but wouldnt recommend if you're seeking somewhere with lots to do to keep the children entertained as there is only the play area and nothing local, so mine got bored pretty quick.

不喜欢 The only minor things i disliked was-

Timing of showers, the water ran for 4 seconds (Yes i counted ha) and I had to keep pressing to restart every 4 seconds which was quite annoying trying to wash my long hair.

And also it was a little out of the way for any local attractions to visit with the children. Perfect if you like a nice peaceful holiday staying on site but I like to venture out with the children exploring the area and I couldn't find anything within walking distance so We had to drive down to morecambe.

喜欢 Great level marked pitches, very quiet at night, very good facilities

不喜欢 Barrier arrangement very good and allows 24 hr access for guests but it wasn’t clear at first how it worked. Great once it was explained!

喜欢 Very clean facilities and well looked after site. The kids enjoyed the Easter trail. Ideal play areas and field for the children to play in.

不喜欢 Pitches are very close together. Also we had an emergency where we needed to stay an extra night to go to a specialist hospital in the area for our son and they weren’t helpful at all. Completely understand if they are full but there wasn’t any compassion at all and it meant we left that evening and had to change hospitals which added to the trauma we were going through.

喜欢 Liked the Touring Area, ample pitch size , Toilets were modern, warm and clean and fellow campers kept it that way too, Disabled Toilet was accessible and each toilet area had a key for safety , Kim was very pleasant on arrival and ensured we had relevant information needed and we were also lent an extension due to hook up hiccup, which was very much appreciated, a nice little shop in reception, which we purchased from, all in all an excellent site., thanks for a fabulous stay, we will return for sure.

Friendly accomodating staff & a great pitch.
Very clean toilets & shower facilities.
Lovely little shop onsite for essentials at a reasonable price.

喜欢 Beautiful and clean site, the bathrooms were spotless

不喜欢 Pitches are a little on the small side, if you put your awning up there is no room to park your car at the pitch.

喜欢 Loved the peaceful relaxing atmosphere spotlessly clean you do need a car to get about in as no local buses but we managed having our motorhome shower and toilets were immaculate would definitely call again 😀
