喜欢 Toilets spotless

不喜欢 Not much going on. But I suppose its January. Booked as it stated full facility’s open I. E the bar ,as stated on website when booking. But on arrival told it was closed in January not ideal. Kids play area could do with a bit more going my 6 year old was bored in minutes.

喜欢 Lovely site with very friendly team.
Warmest toilet/shower cubicles I've come across.
We also had an issue with our Carvan when we were leaving but 2 of the team saved the day!!

喜欢 Easy access to pitch and from there to toilet block. Clean facilities.
Quiet, but that was expected being end of year.
There was a road closure in operation during part of our stay and we were given helpful advice reducing the impact of this, specifically on departure.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.

不喜欢 Recycling and waste bins could be more clearly marked showing which were for card, paper etc. and as recycling is different in parts of the country the bin types could be shown on the information pack so avoiding separation when at the bins.
