喜欢: Good quiet location, Well maintained & excellent food & drink from the pub, we used as a stop off on route to Scotland but could happily spend a few days here.

喜欢: The site was excellent, very well kept. Also the pub staff were very friendly and it was great to be able to have a drink without having to drive.

喜欢: It had EHU, fresh water and gray water dump for caravan’s but not M-Homes A good site for a one night stop over on the way to Scotland.Would stop there again.

喜欢: Faultless .......... lovely pitch. Yummy food in the pub. Friendly staff. Felt secure and relaxed. Hubby tells me they pull an excellent pint of Guinness 😉
不喜欢: No dislikes but just be aware it's a fairly narrow entrance to the pitches

喜欢: Everything. Spotless site, pub super friendly. Elsan point and grey water waste clean and easily accessible.
The site is in a great spot had the sunshine all day.
Please note that there is no bus service to Carlisle. We got a taxi. If you need a taxi call radio taxis we used Carlisle taxis on the way there and he ripped me off by £6.50. Should have been around £15 to £16.
This is nothing to do with the site but wanted to make people aware.
All in all we will definitely use this site again.

喜欢: Lovely site in a quiet village beside the pub. Brilliant pub with great food.
Really easy to check in after arriving and the whole visit was very relaxing.

不喜欢: Dogs are allowed on the site but not in the pub so if you’re thinking about going somewhere where you can go in the pub then this isn’t for you:

Unfortunately being a small country pub that is very busy and popular for locals and visitors, having dogs in the pub has caused us problems in the past giving us a lot of bad press.
So unfortunately we had to make this decision.
Even our dog Tilly doesn't come in and she liked nothing more than coming and greeting the customers.
It is stated on our pitchup ad for all to read and take into consideration before booking.
Dogs are more than welcome on site and in our beer garden.
