喜欢 Great views, walking distance to town which was lovely for a wonder around as well as a slice of cake and tea. The pitch its self was good, field was quiet and toilets were always clean.

喜欢 You could pick where you pitched, and were able to have your car next to you, this great when you have a small tent and are in and out of the car all the time, lovely hot showers and the proximity to Grassington was about 5 mins walk, plenty pubs and places to eat

不喜欢 Thought the price was a bit steep, also nothing to dry your hands on after you’ve been to the loo

喜欢 Grassington is a wonderful campsite. The facilities are fantastic: the toilets are really clean as are the lovely hot showers. Jason is so helpful too. The views are amazing and it’s only a five minute walk into Grassington itself, which has great coffee shops and restaurants. This has to be our favourite campsite. Thank you SO much Jason!

喜欢 Quiet, plenty of room, ideal for walking, 5 minutes to centre

不喜欢 Be warned, in summer, the last hour before darkness, you really need some insect repellent.

喜欢 The site was lovely and peaceful with amazing views and short walk into Grassington .Easy access to the stream for paddling.Will definitely be back again soon.

不喜欢 Toilets and showers could do with a upgrade.And was nothing to dry your hands on

喜欢 Loved the space between pitches. We were allocated a pitch with plenty of room for our campervan. We could easily have added our awning if we had remembered it! The views are AMAZING, it’s so peaceful and relaxing.
Grassington has wine bars, cosy pubs and lovely little shops all within a 5/10 min walk.

We will definitely return!

There’s more than enough to do around Grassington to keep the whole family happy. Let the kids have a run around among the bewitching follies and water fountains at The Forbidden Corner (45 minutes’ drive), and for an active family day scrambling around on zipwires, make for Raven Tree Top Adventure (20 minutes). At Bolton Abbey (25 minutes), wander among spectacular church ruins, take the stepping stones across the River Wharfe and watch open-air cinema in summer months. Close by is Hesketh Farm Park (25 minutes), where the whole family can pet farm animals and get lost in the straw maze. Hit a rainy day? No problem; take a trip deep underground to see prehistoric fossils and limestone formations at Stump Cross Caverns (10 minutes). To explore the dales on two legs, stroll down to Linton Falls (10 minutes’ walk) from your pitch and follow the Dales Way down to Hebden Suspension Bridge (half an hour). For wild dales views, circumnavigate the lake at Grimwith Reservoir (five minutes’ drive), and for more demanding hikes, follow the way-marked route up to the top of Simon’s Seat (20 minutes) to look out over Barden Fell.
