喜欢 Small site. Walking distance to beach although you have to be prepared to walk on the edge of a field (uneven terrain).
Also walked to Withernsea along a fairly quiet road.

喜欢 great little site ? ok only one toilet no showers but maneagable. nice little walk around the large pond and a quiet site nice friendly people that manage the camp, bus stop at the end of the lane with regular service into withernsea 10 mins away. site has great potential
不喜欢 the only niggle was not being able to use the BBQ (only gas powered allowed) which sort of was dissapointing

喜欢 The site was lovely and clean and the people who owned it greeted us and was really nice. The toilet area was nice and clean.
不喜欢 When we booked it said we could have fires, which is something that we make sure we can have when we booked. When we got there and asked we was told we couldn't have the fire, and that we could walk to the beach and have a fire there, we looked at the walk during the day and it wasn't the best route during the day, definitely wouldn't of liked doing it at night with 2 kids and a dog. We mentioned it to the owner and she explained why they no longer had fires on the site but it is something if we had known in advance we wouldn't have booked.
Also pitch size says unlimited (we didn't expect unlimited) but we was told it was quite busy on our second night so the pitches was very close together.
Bring your own toilet roll/hand soap etc as it's not provided like it is in some - not a problem but we would of preferred to know before arriving.

Great value, quiet, basics campsite in a great location

喜欢 Lovely quiet spot which is an easy cycle ride from the town of Withernsea or out to the beach. Very welcoming host and perfect for us to do the parkrun in Withernsea the following morning.
不喜欢 Be nice to have a shower of some sort but we knew that wasn't going to be the case and for one night it doesn't really matter!

喜欢 Laura was a fantastic and responsive host. She brought our dog treats every time she checked in with us. The camp is clean and well cared for. It was a close walk to the beach which is where we spent the majority of the time.
