喜欢 Location is wonderful, so peaceful and quiet yet not too far from Birmingham. Animals were nice to see and the kids loved them. Clean toilets and showers available. Secure with CCTV.
不喜欢 It's not easy walking back and forth to the toilets, I am fit enough to and didn't mind so much. They do warn you of this when booking online though so don't book if this is an issue.

不喜欢 Booked hardstanding with grass pitch. Was quite surprised that non-hard standing bookings could just pitch up anywhere and be as close to you as they fancied and take up as much room as they wanted. Facilities a walk down steep hill, we didn’t need them. Access track muddy and very rough potholed

不喜欢 Approach lane very uneven and distance to toilets and shower was not mentioned as down a gravel hill (800 yrds). Anyone with walking difficulties should avoid this site.

Thank you for your comment.
We are surprised that you haven't noticed our reviews that there is a hill between the campsite and the facilities building as you obviously know how to write a review. We do not try to hide this fact and advise any disabled campers of this very fact when they book.
Do you not have facilities in your motor home as most do? Furthermore, it is completely false stating that it is half a mile distance in between, as it is only 100m/150m to the site from the facilities.
If you have a spare £250,000 to lend us to tarmac our track plus another £25,000 to install a toilet block next to your pitch then we will be pleased to accept.
In the mean time we hope you find your perfect pitch elsewhere (at a very competitive price) and you manage to keep up your fitness levels.

The walk down the hill and round the fishing ponds was pleasant.
Regulars friendly and quiet.
Easy to find location.
Nice washing up facility.
I'd appreciate a plug to use after my shower to dry hair.
Really welcoming, considerate and caring team.

喜欢 Small and beautiful spot, lovely considerate community atmosphere. Nice shop, great cafe.
Julie, Dave and the team are really kind. Welcoming and helpful, great to have them visible on site.

喜欢 Venue, tidy pitches, clean toilets, very helpful staff that went above and beyond to help, actually a little gem of amplace
不喜欢 Unfortunately at the time I stayed,, although there are signs telling people not to disturb people with loud music and fires etc, there was one group playing Bollywood music from 11pm until 12:30am loudly and burning some scented smoke which made everything stink of inscents, it was like some ritual going on. Apart from that, which won't happen every time, it's a great place
