A very pleasant stay indeed. We will be revisiting.

喜欢 Showers and toilets very clean and maintained. All the pitches were neat and mowed. Site is secure and well looked after. You need a code to enter and exit the site. Very quite place. The fishing pools were well stocked with healthy fish. All staff were friendly and and formative .

喜欢 Absolutely amazing site, beautiful location with pitches well kept and evenly spaced out. The toilets and shower block are by far the best I've ever used - always clean and the showers were powerful and perfect temperature (no sudden blasts of cold water!)
The fishing was great, we (myself, husband and adult son) fished every day at the various lakes and never blanked. We had been told that there was a variety of fish and between us caught Carp, Bream, Tench, Perch, Roach and Rudd! The lakes are maintained very well.
There is no one site shop but this wasn't an issue as there are supermarkets about 15 minute drive away.

Basic but nice

喜欢 A very quiet and peaceful site. Decent sized pitches and good facilities with clean showers and toilets. Also, one of the best water pressures we’ve had in a campsite shower. Great location for access to Shrewsbury and other major roads if needed.
不喜欢 So not an issue for us but no washing up facility on site. Our last caravan had a problem with the sink so would have struggled if we still had it, something to bear in mind if you would rely on facilities like this. Only facilities on site are toilets and showers. Site pitches didn’t feel well maintained and some pitches slope so bare this is mind to have the right equipment before arriving that you may need to level the van up. Overall the site felt a bit unwelcoming, received all information beforehand but saw no one except for other guests the whole time. One gate at the front didn’t make the site feel secure really. Overall more negatives than positives sadly as this site could be fantastic. Had paid similar prices for other site with way more facilities etc

不喜欢 Showers could do with replacing broken clothes hooks in showers and also somewhere to put your shower gel rather than on the floor

不喜欢 Showers could do with updating, fixed push button shower not my favorite. The facilities were warm and clean.
