Spacious pitches. Quiet site with bus stop right outside. Lovely owners very accommodating and helpful. Adult only no annoying kids!

Nothing to do with the site just that there are no paths into neighbouring villages

Lovely quiet site which was very clean and tidy. The proprietors were friendly and amenable. Within easy reach of attractions. Gorgeous village and good pubs to visit.

Nothing to do with the site, but we wanted to visit the botanical garden which was closed.

Absolutely great site, ticked all of our boxes.
It was quiet, really friendly and welcoming hosts, helped us with our toilet facilities as we’re new to Caravanning.
Large site pitches with reinforced grass really helped as we have a big twin axle caravan.
Perfect points for fresh water and waste and very close to the A64 and York city centre.

Well maintained grounds. Lovely individual pitch marked with a small hedge. Owner was friendly and helpful. Convenient for York and the designer outlet. Everyone on site was friendly.

Animal noise. Peacocks and cows. I know its to be expected in the countryside.

Peaceful and picturesque, a bit rural. But easy access to York on bus from outside of site!
Andrew was really helpful on arrival .. lots of info on things to do in little shed on site along with books and DVDs to loan…need own toilet facilities but EHU and grey /fresh water alongside pitch .

Very friendly and really couldn't be anymore helpful. Being just a short drive from York, it is the perfect location.
