Понравилось Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. A very welcome hot tub was ready to use on our first night and a lovely cream tea. Perfect location for family days out and other attractions.

Не понравилось We tried to communicate with the owners on our 3rd day to ask for more kindling and help with the hot tub, but our messages and phone call were not answered. It was a cold evening and we needed to light the wood burner to warm the tent.

От менеджера: We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us and that we had not answered your communication. I am not sure what happened. We are especially aware of how quickly the tent cools down in the evening when the weather is not great and this is the reason why we give our guests 2 large tubs of wood and a box of kindling. We did notice all your kindling was used, but your tubs of wood were still relatively full!. On arrival we give instructions on how to use the wood burning stove and hot tub, but it can be a lot of information to take in and this is why I put all instructions in the blue and white striped book (along with photos of setting up and lighting the fire). We are very disappointed that your stay was not as good as it could have been.
