Понравилось Absolutely beautiful gardens facilities and swimming pool

Не понравилось Entrance is very tight to get in and out the owners have to direct me in and out with my caravan. However the entrance isn’t too bar for camper vans and smaller motor homes

Не понравилось Chemical waste disposal point The post code did not take you to the site. Consideration should be given to a better sign as the one at the moment is quite inconspicuous.

Не понравилось The approach into the site is quite tight, however this is my 2nd visit so it's not that bad!! I realise there had been a lot of rain but the grass pitches required cutting as soon as it was possible

Понравилось The site and its facilities

Не понравилось When we arrived the reception was closed. We were told to wait about 45 mins until it opened the barrier was opened to let us in and we were told to wait in the parking area. It was quite an uncomfortable wait as the weather was hot and we had just driven for about 4 hours. Once the reception opened we were told to just go and pick any site we wanted. Why couldn't we have done that 45 mins ago and then let reception know which pitch we were on they knew who we were as I introduced my self when the barrier was opened and we did have a reservation we found that very frustrating.

От менеджера: Sir, Thank you for your good notation. We totally understand your situation but the reception can't be open all day long and our opening hours are available on the website. To facilitate everybody's arrivals, you can call us when you want to enter beetween 8am and 10pm. And we open the gate for you. It is writting in our reception door. I'm sorry for you that you don't have noticed it. Best Regards,

Понравилось Facilities on site, with the swimming pool.

Не понравилось We found the site very difficult to find the sat nav taking us to a building site making it very difficult to turn around with the caravan on the back. The site signage was difficult to see from the main road. We entered up to the barrier blocking both incoming and outgoing vehicles. We went to reception to be told we would have to wait 1 hour for it to open again. This resulted in having again to maneuver the car and caravan around parked vehicles so not to cause an issues to other campers. When we eventually booked in and again approached the barriers the signage gave priority to outgoing vehicles again the majority not towing. This I think requires re-assessing.

Понравилось The site in general wa in a lovely location.

Не понравилось Better signage could be done further away from the site to give the driver more confidence due to the size of the approaching roads been quire narrow.

Понравилось Site location to the town and the area in general beaches etc. The cycle tracks around the area and beyond

Понравилось Location is lovely and a good base to visit some really nice towns and cities. The on site bar it has a great atmosphere and a great selection of local beers and ciders.

Не понравилось There appeared to be no location to empty chemical toilets. However the on site facilities were basic but clean.

Понравилось enough to get a riverside pitch it was beautiful. Been able to walk out of our caravan and go for a swim was ideal. The bar and facilities were very good. Toilets and showers were basic but very clean.
