Site was big, clean, good facilities, and next to the river. Very spacious pitches. The staff were very friendly.

Shower block was disgusting. Do not think think it was cleaned at all in our three day stay. Black mold around shower seals, shower traps pulled up to allow better drainage. Mud over shower floors. Spider webs in showers. Rusting radiators etc
On arrival our pitch was in use and although when booking we stated tents we were put in hard standing pitches. We were moved without fuss, but the next day questioned by staff why we had pitched were we had. Seems to be no organisation! Considering they are charging £35 a night it doesn't add up.

The open space. This campsite is perfect as the pitches surround an open space that means the children can run around and play while we start the bbq

The open space where we were pitched was perfect for the kids to play. The pitch size was just right for a family of 4. The staff were accommodating as we went as a big group of 6 families and we were placed next to each other.
The toilet block was a short walk from our pitch and was clean enough for what we expected at a camp site. We took our boats and went on the river twice during our stay. It was great fun for the kids.

Beautiful surroundings, clean site & very friendly

Toilets were dirty & in need of repair. Pitch 10 where we stayed was in front of the mooring standings and we had an endless stream of people & children congregating around the tent with paddle boards canoes kayaks and anything else that flists

Lovely site, good contact from owners. Supportive staff, lots of amazing places to visit nearby with NT English Heritage and Historic Houses, we only had a few days but will be back.

Very slight difficulty with emptying the grey wastage but that was only issue

Beautiful location, very pretty.

Elson point was the worst one I have ever seen. I spoke to reception on check out and they explained there are works planned for it. Would be good to have a poster up maybe explaining that. Toilet/shower facilities were dirty, missing shower heads, unlockable doors. Smelt terrible. Again reported to reception. The only toilet/shower block was quite a walk away and not enough water outlets.
