Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your stay here with us at Yarwell. To answer your points raised - did you inform reception of the lack of hot water? If we had known we would have advised our maintenance team.
Our shower block is cleaned daily - unfortunately not everyone respects the facilities, we do have a lot of wild swimmers hence the toilet block may have been wet. Again did you report this?
On arrival visitors are given directions to their respective pitches - there are signs around the park directing onto the main camping field where pitches are signed.
I find the comment regarding management quite offensive and not helpful.

With regards to the pitch locations these are sign posted around the park as you enter directing visitors to the camping field. Maps are also handed to visitors on arrival. We are currently in the process of re signing as we do appreciate that they are faded and not as clear as they should be.
The facilities block is located in the centre of the site, accessible for all. If you required to be nearer to the shower/toilet block then if you had asked we would certainly have tried to help.
