Toilets could do with being cleaned regularly

Very pleasant with clean toilets and showers.friendly and helpful staff at the connected pub who served a variety of good food. The locals were pleasant and welcoming too.

Toilets not cleaned or attended to regularly. Mole hills on pitches. Pitches not clearly signposted.

Great location, close to all of the sights that Malvern has to offer, alongside local scenic walks.
Lovely, quiet location, and the onsite pub was an added bonus. The food there was lovely and great service from the staff.
All basic facilities provided; washing, waste disposal, showers and toilets.
Good spacing between the pitches and plenty of space.

A couple of things are getting a little tired and the site needs a clean up to restore it to it's former glory. The trees need cutting back and the weeds that are growing and overtaking the outdoor washing facilities and the pathway through to the beer garden.
The signs for the pitches have all started to disintegrate, so it is difficult to locate your pitch, some have gone completely.
WiFi is only available at the pub, and this was touch and go for our stay unfortunately, it would be a great bonus to have this extend out to the pitches!
One of the showers is temperamental and does not stay on (Shower 1), unfortunately that was the one I chose but Shower 2 seems to work fine!

Nice well kept ground , pub on sight was very welcoming and helpful with beautiful fresh food .

Never had a pitch number send to us, told to pitch up anywhere but was no pitch numbers on some pitches. Had to move twice over 2 nights. Shame as it caused an atmosphere between campers. If you could sort this out it’s a great place to stay.

Nice tidy and spacious site. Lovely welcome from Andy the landlord at the Marlbank pub. Great Indian food and a nice pint. Will definitely come again.

Showers could be better.

Small site. Well positioned very close to Malvern hills. Friendly and welcoming staff at pub with good facilities.

The Marlbank has a mixed grass and hard standing pitches that are a good size. The Marlbank has recently reopened in the last 4 weeks and the site could do with some live and care, checking all EHUs work ( pitch 7 doesn't.
The food served in the pub was very good indeed and the staff extremely helpful and polite.
The toilets are shared with the pub and we're clean, there are two showers but again only one worked.
Th Marlbank is in a remote location with beautiful views of the Malvern hills and a lovely dog walk directly opposite.

Location excellent footpath directly opposite pub approximately 1km walk to the common and on to the lower end of the hills
Indian food in the pub wonderful and could order to take back to the van

Toilets old and tired no phone signal (EE) and tv reception terrible

All we wanted was a toilet and a tap- bonus was a shower and pub.

Ground lumpy and various items of rubbish left in hedge.
