Rubbish dumped at the camp site both building waste and general rubbish. Broken damaged electrical connection boxes. No point of contact to call the line was dead. The pub had no links to the campsite even though they provided the so called ‘amenities’. The pub garden had rubbish in it and lots of dirty decrepit tables. There were no outdoor facilities. I emailed to ask for a refund as this was not a place you could stay at and received no response. I contacted Pitch up who also had no luck. Avoid at all cost.

Lovely setting with lots of shady areas if needed.
Great access to pub and it was nice to have good toilets and a place to empty a portable toilet.
Easy to pitch a tent.

The food at the pub was AMAZING 👏 10/10

The food in the restaurant was amazing

The trees were over hanging very low, including on the lane in, they urgently needed cutting back. The gardeners were there, and I asked them, but they did not have the tools to trim that day. My partner pulled the bigger ones back while I drove through.

Quiet location

Faulty electric hook up so couldn't charge up before we went to off grid show.
We didn't see the owner or manager and was told by fellow campers just to pick a pitch.
Grounds were unkempt.

Grounds unkept had to ask for sweeping brush to get rid of all the debris off the hard standing pitch building materials all up one corner looks like hadn’t been there ages
No one came round to welcome you
Facilities were filthy one of the worse places we have stayed thick of hair and grime all round the edge in toilets and shower
Only one toilet in the lady’s other one out of use they never Meade any attempt to clean the area all the time we was there to be honest looks like hadn’t been cleaned for months
On the Saturday night we eat at the pub on site the food made me bad the fish wasn’t cooked enough we left most of the food

Plenty of pitches for both tent or vehicle. Great location at the foot of the hills. Friendly pub with great Indian cuisine.

On arrival phoned to let them know we had arrived didn’t know who we were and what we had booked. Toilets no toilet rolls for 3 days not cleaned nor was shower other campers doing the job never saw anybody no incentive to go in pub need to alter advert nothing what it said

The rudeness of the landlord

Good situation being very well placed for exploring Malvern and the hills. Fairly quiet campsite with occasional noise from nearby road. Good pub food and very welcoming friendly hosts. We stayed for a week.

Well what can I say about The Marlbank campsite - nothing good I’m afraid. Grass needed cutting, overhanging bushes over roadway prevented access to 5 hard standing pitches, our EHU was not working fortunately we had long lead with us so we were able to use a pitch that wasn’t affected by bushes and branches , only one shower working, lack of cleaning in shower, wash-up area & toilets, which was also used by pub/restaurant customers. EHU connections on the ground on some pitches . Didn’t see anyone to book in with as pub was closed. No email received day before giving us pitch number, directions, info etc as stated on the pitch up confirmation and didn’t see anyone from management for the 2 days we were there. I also emailed them twice which never got a reply & no answer to the phones . The whole site was shabby, unkept & expensive certainly wouldn’t recommend and we would not return .
