Loved everything! Really friendly owners, lovely campsite, clean facilities and camping with the alpacas was brilliant, my little boy had so much fun! Pub was lovely also have food was great! Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely return

Amazing little getaway are daughter loved being in with the alpacas. The bell tents were really nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and with them being very busy in the pub they still accommodated us and give us some toys for the baby to play with. Would highly recommend staying. The alpacas were really friendly but we had a very calm family near us so the alpacas just stayed close by. The noise of the river is so calming at night time the children slept all night. Would definitely recommend bringing citrello candles or spray and the flies can get annoying.

Nothing was a lovely stay well worth the money.

Hospitality was great, nothing was too much to ask, found us a larger pitch as the one we booked was smaller than our 2mX2m Bivvy.

The Inn is great, served really good quality food and reasonably priced, a long with a wide range of drinks at a good price.

a real peaceful location , great food spectacular views with the added bonus of the river and the alpacas we stayed 3 nights which flew by , we rented a fire which made the evening more special the staff were all welcoming and friendly . even the composting toilet was clean and fresh and we will definitely be returning

Very Quiet, the area is spotless very clean not a sign of rubbish anywhere, water was clean but cold, pitches were flat and ground is very dense so tent isnt goung anywhere with strong wind. it has some gorgeous views and especially on the way down. I only stayed for a night all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and definitely know how to have a laugh. And it's very eco friendly and it's amazing, Drinks were very nice too. Will definitely be coming again for a longer stay.

The floor is full of rocks so it's hard to get tent pegs in if don't have a mallet (my fault and know it can't be helped) plus wouldn't recommend forgetting a air bed or something to sleep on.

Booked the bed in a shed fairly last minute for my young daughter and myself for our weekend trip, and I think we were lucky to have got it as the site was full

The whole team of staff for the site and bar were so friendly and helpful, if I remember right hosts name is Richard, he was so helpful and eager to take care of all campers, fantastic hosts!

We ordered dinner and it was ready slightly earlier than expected and so Richard delivered all the way to our shed, wonderful service to prevent our food going cold. One evening was so cold we were even given a couple of small hot water bottles from a lovely staff member (her name escapes me) to warm the bed up for the night, so very kind.

Can’t fault anything at all, would definitely recommend to others looking to camp in the area.

Our second trip to the crown inn and once again we loved it, we will be back next year as well!
A wonderful couple who go out of their way to make sure you are happy!

Dirty beer glass on first drink! Pointed our and replaced.
Flies ( Unfortunately at this time of year cycle every 5 yrs I ws told the area in Wales suffers from an increase In its fly population this was confirmed by the locals in the pub who were also suffering with same issue.
We turned up quiet late and ordered food was unimpressed with it as even out of the kitchen the fries were cold and burger not hot. however on last day looking at some of the food being served it looked quiet nice, so perhaps we were just unfortunate.

Friendly atmosphere and safe for kids, lovely pub with good food
