The site was set out good and we were told to pick any pitches in the row allocated for us. The views were lovely. On our field we had a shower which was really good and a washing up sink. There was plenty of space for campers to take part in games such as badminton and football and there was a dog walking area. Although we didn't need that as had no pets. The waterfall was an easy walk from the site, less than a mile flat walk and is well worth a visit. We also had an enjoyable hike over the hills and to the trig point we could see from our pitch. Site 1 had a nice play area for children, food available, more showers and two toilet blocks which were clean. I would definitely go back and stay again.
Не понравилось: Would have liked a toilet on site 2. Even just a compost loo as walking to the other field during the night isn't great. However, I believe toilets can be hired, at your pitch. I'd definitely take my own next time.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are pleased you all enjoyed your stay, you are more than welcome to bring your own loo but it's no nearer even if you stayed on site 1 say at the lower pitch end (Pitch 17) you would find it just as far to the toilets as camper have on site 2 & we did have Portaloos on site 2 but everyone wants flushing loo's and that means electric and sadly we have non on site 2.
On some sites there is further to walk ours, but I am going to get the distance to the loo's from site 1 & site 2 so that I can inform campers of the nearest toilet.

plenty of space for the kids to run and play which is what the trip was all about and the park in the middle of the pitch was brilliant for the kids so they could have there own fun but at the same time been able to keep your eye on them.
pop up bar on the weekend was pretty cool too.
the site is in such a good location too with plenty of supermarkets and shops around and just a 15 minute drive to the seafront.
all in all a brilliant family break would defo reccomend and we will be back again.

Don't know about any smell, if I was rude I apologies but it was probably my sense of humour & I think you booked an EHU pitch and didn't need electric and so I offered to move you to a non electric pitch as there is a stanning charge of £5 and you were happy with that move.
