Everything is clean, tidy and highly maintained. A few minutes in the car takes you to the town where you have everything you need to get and this is a excellent stop for north wales site seeing

The fact the Owners were really friendly and welcoming, showers and communal area are extremely clean, for someone who hated camping this place made me like it a lot

The area was nice & had lovely views and the camp site was really clean.

Firstly I want to say we are more dog lovers than humans, this is nothing to do with dogs. But my dislike is the owners dogs running from pitch to pitch and running into peoples tents, we paid good money to allow my dog to feel relaxed and these two dogs running around ruined that, they was literally sitting by a man with his children looking for food and would not leave him until he had to put his food away, I understand this is your land but we pay good money for the relaxing stay, it wasn’t cheap it was £81 for 2 nights for a electric pitch! You had a perfectly large area at the back on the pitches your dogs could run around, also they was doing their business on the grass where kids was playing and nobody picked it up. This 100% put me off this site. I called up and mentioned dogs are running around but was told they are my dogs and they have been cooked up all day so you letting them stretch there legs, that’s all great but you need to be with your dogs, they was out of control just running around, you don’t know other dog backgrounds, other dogs may have had a bad experience with other dogs and it puts them on edge all holiday. Also they left a mess outside our tent, this left people thinking this was our dog, we had people saying there is dog *** here and we had to say this was not our dog, we wouldn’t dream of leaving it. Anyway everything was great until this. Also the WI-FI just did not work!

Lovely facilities very clean and warm, nicely kept spacious pitches. I have a large air tent and it was perfect. The owner is very friendly and has 2 lovely dogs that wonder the site however they are friendly and no bother. Lovely views and we managed to see the northern lights the first night we stayed. It is close to the road but this didn’t bother us.

Owner very helpful & friendly, beautiful views of Clwyd Hills. Site is very well maintained including toilet & showers even had a jacuzzi. Would return again, worth a visit close to Ruthin which has a Tesco Recommend.

Beautiful site and location. Very pleasant owners who gave a warm welcome when we arrived. Owners very helpful and attentive as they brought an extension cable (without us asking) so we could reach the electric box. Thank you!

Toilets and showers clean and heated.

Pitch size very spacious.

Kids loved the space to play and explore.

I feel bad making it negative as everything else was brilliant but just some more owner oversight on their dogs is needed. The owners have 2 friendly dogs that have free roam of the camping field during the day. However a bit over friendly at times, especially when food was about.
