I absolutely dispute what comments you have made, 1st comment, yes we were busy but that does not mean crowded, we offered the other field to go in so everyone had a choice of which pitch to choose with plenty of space, 2nd comment, we hire the firepits out, you do not have to hire one, it is YOUR CHOICE, the shower is stated on the pitch-up additional information that there is a charge as is customary with most campsites, the fishing is a separate concern to the camping which is also stated on pitch-up so not in with the price of camping - these are the additional charges so entirely YOUR CHOICE - at certain times there may be a queue at the toilets, generally early morning, I clean the toilets so I know they are correct - it is also stated on pitch-up to bring a torch as we are not a lit site like the commercial campsites - we advertise as a basic/wild camping site, hence the price - as for boggy ground we had the day before you arrived mown all the grass and all around the pools with a full size tractor and industrial mower without making any marks on the field - as for a loud site, I wasn't notified of any noise or any fighting, it also states on pitch-up that our quiet time is 11pm - I have never been told we have rats - as for a phone signal we have a telecoms mast on site, so unless that has issues we always have a good signal - I would have appreciated you coming to see me in the farm shop with any concerns at the time, I am on duty all day & have my phone with me all the time otherwise
