Lovely site, friendly hosts, clean, great views, short walk from train station

The accommodation was very cute and more spacious inside than we thought it may have been. Location of bell tent was out the way but within easy reach of toilets. Really friendly people on site to help with anything. My boy really loved the campfire and helped to cook us dinner.

The showers were on the other side of the site across a road but we were aware of this apon booking

Absolutely loved it here, really didn't want to come home and even added an extra night on and would've have more if it wasn't booked up. Staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful, definalty be coming back very soon! Facilties are more than expected which was brilliant, beautiful animals, lovely views and just all round brilliant! Thanks for a lovely stay would definitely recommend! Cannot wait to come back.

I took my girlfriend here to propose, we stayed in the meadow view shepherds hut and It was lovely and cosy and everything you need was provided, the hot tub was amazing!

Having looking for a site near to my Wakefield office as I was working 4 days on the bounce found it was excellently located.

A friendly welcome and toilets and showers a minutes walk from where I parked my CamperVan.

Yes there is a national speed limit applied road inbetween but don't let this warm you off.

Excellent value and just what I needed as only a 15 minute drive to work in the morning.

Signal for Mobile (i know something that they cannot change) was really good and broadband speed test was showing 20m/b a second with O2 on 5g

Loved the fact the bulls and horses in the next field were like a few metres away made me feel that I was in the countryside yet only 5 minutes away from the motorway

Absolutely amazing staff, he shown us where to go and what to do when we got there, how to warm hot tub up etc.. made us feel so at ease!!! Also really quiet & private.. no one can see you in the hot tub etc, loved the fact you opened the door to horses/cows on the other side of the fence. Will definitely be booking here again! Thankyou for making us feel welcome & showing us how everything worked etc. also left us towels out which I wasn’t expecting

The people that owned the place were very friendly, it was a last minute trip and was cheap to stay there. The showers were hot and both them and the toilets were always clean.

The field we pitched our tent on was quite steep and the ground wasn’t great for pitching. You have to cross a road to get to the showers & toilets.

Good location with plenty of space. The field is a really good sun trap all day.

Big area to yourself, spacious tent with bed and smaller bed included. Area to sit with a fire and logs really nice. Friendly staff. Easy to find.

Bugs inside tent maybe something to help prevent bugs inside the tent (obviously some are expected)

Lovely place to stay, quite and not far from a local village with lovely walks, a pub and restaurant. the site had a small pantry which was run by a lovely woman the food was delicious and a good price.
