We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately BIFA failed to pick up and empty our rubbish bins so sacks had to be piled next to each other. You were absolutely right there was rubbish left by the elsan point which was cleared when we saw it. Grey water can be thrown into the hedges just like many site, even the larger sites will say do this. We are aware of the need to upgrade our toilets and showers and this is being looked into.
