Small pitches, rubbish everywhere, dirty toilets and no toilet roll

Swimming pool was good

Location. Good for walks.
Bar was reasonably priced for drinks
Toilets and showers were better than expected. Regularly cleaned.
Kids enjoyed the site.

No tap in pod although pictures show one.
Bins need emptying more regularly
Putting private pool parties on during scheduled swimming times.
Taking a £50 deposit on the pod. There was nothing states this would be required.
Pod had unwashed cups in the sink when we arrived and the floor hadn't been mopped
No hot food or shop!!

It was a busy site with lots of families with children so great for the children to make friends.

The swimming pool was great and they have floats and mats in the water for the kids to play on, it’s a good size and nice that you can sit and watch the kids from the tables at the side, if you didn’t want to swim.

Nearly everywhere was dog friendly and this was a great bonus.

We visited Clitheroe and would recommend this as a drive out, 25 mins away and such a nice town to wander round, Holmes Mill food hall is a must!

Amazing views from the clubhouse, lovely to sit and have a drink and relax. Music just a little too loud in the daytime.

All staff were beyond helpful, everyone we met was so lovely and friendly from the reception lady (dawn - so so nice and helpful) to the gardeners/maintenance men looked liked they enjoyed working there and were so chatty and welcoming.

Pitches were very unkept, full of weeds and no clear divides from pitch to pitch. Bins were overflowing and quite a bit of rubbish around the grounds. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, although the toilets and showers were nice and fairly clean.

Club house music so loud all the time, hard to talk when no entertainment on! But when singer was on it was a good atmosphere. Tv screens showing the football games as well was great for the lads.

It was a shame really as it’s a good park but just felt a little unloved.

The views and close to good walks.

Pitches are chaotic with no defined pitch rules, toilets and showers were filthy, worst I've seen in 7 years.
Kids entertainment, a word used loosely, was awful with rude disinterested 'animators" who only got excited when his Chinese food delivery arrived.
And £45 per night is over the odds for this level of care.

Lovely view !! But No toilet roll in any of the toilets for the whole weekends stay plus no hand soap!!! bins were over flowing everywhere. Definitely needs sorting as it’s a lovely park but let down by the general cleanliness!!

Pool was closed 3 days out of 6, toilet block always dirty,no soap, cleaning was really poorly, play area a bit neglected.....

The pool, the views, now I'm stuck to add anything more...longridge village is nice.

I paid for electric hook up, but my meter (no43) was defective so I had to wait until next door pitch vacated. The swing is still broken from last year. The very useful little shop on site is mothballed . The guy who ran it last year went above and beyond for customers. The gym has been mothballed with intentions to turn it into a cafe. The bar can't do £6 pizzas anymore. The crazy golf is littered with pebbles. The touring pitches are difficult to get your caravan level ( your towball needs to kiss the floor!) The toilet block is dated, it feels like 1990s. Oh and the cherry on the cake was the indoor play centre was shut due to repairs. Not good management prep of facilities for bank hol weekend business.
