We really enjoyed our stay we all loved the water slide really nice place to stay

Location to Newquay was good, indoor swimming pool was good along with the laser tag.

Access getting around the site was going along with the ground staff.

Shop on site is a snack bar would alway need to go local shop to get most shopping.

Cafe by swimming pools three four time no cakes and ice cream

Booking for outdoor swimming was difficult and pub no entertainment for children or young teens.

Good pitch size

Shower/toilet facilities were very dirty and unhygienic. Not cleaned enough and even when they were cleaned it was basically a dirty mop pushed around the floor. Sliders had to be worn as floors and shower trays were very bad.
Swimming pools very basic and again not clean. Outside pool had a tinge of green to it.
We paid extra and went to the local swimming pool in newquay as kids wanted a swim.

The campsite was lovley, friendly and had quite a bit to do for the younger children. Soft play, swimming, parks and even a teen den which had 2p games ect.

Shower blocks could be updated but they worked fine. Many some more family facilities (changing rooms)

Great amount of space all round, clean modern toilet/shower/washing up blocks. Plenty of activities for young kids to do and space to play

We stayed in Watergate field, pitch 33 and my son was on pitch 34. All in all the site is good, although some of the toilet and shower facilities need updating.

Occasional bits of rubbish blowing around, I realise it’s difficult to keep perfect, especially on a breezy site, but when the golf buggies are running round, they could pick it up. ( not loads of rubbish ) just odd bits that got blown around.

It has great facilites, perfect for young groups and families. The pools are really nice and the pub is great

Sadly there was nothing to like

After a simple check in we were directed to our pitch which was very uneven, we were the only motorhome in this field as the rest were tents, the bins are a long distance from our pitch, it is simply an open and very exposed field, the access track is full of pot holes. The toilets are disgusting, cleaned to an awful standard, the building itself does not lend itself to being easy to maintain as it is old and rotten, broken doors too. They have tennis courts which we used twice and while they look nice they are more uneven and unpredictable than the pitch! There is an indoor swimming pool but impossible to book early am as it’s reserved for the locals, in fact you will be lucky to book it at all, the Wi fi is very expensive, Such a shame but this site doesn’t really know what it is any for many reasons but mainly to avoid disappointment I would simple avoid.

Very clean site, staff extremely friendly and utilised the bus stop directly across the road from the site into Newquay

Clean and tidy washing facilities. Spacious pitches. Friendly and helpful staff.
