From arrival, which as at midday, we were welcomed and although before the 3pm arrival time we were taken to our grass pitch with electric hook up.
Elevated pitch with plenty of space and not too far to the shower block and the main amenities.
Men’s block was separated into two parts, a bit tired although the actual shower itself was a triton and the best camping shower I’ve had in a long time.
The men’s block was the old building housed both the men’s and the old women’s (which has been replaced with a new building).
All in all a very good site with friendly staff.

We found the booking of the indoor and outdoor pool a bit restrictive on timings as our days out or in were weather dependant as always when camping in the UK.
The pub was ok but didn’t eat there as we was told there was no menus to view so we was unable to plan if self cooking or eating on site or going out.
Repairs were slow, one of the sinks was broken all week which I understand was reported and the man cleaning the toilet block had a go but it didn’t last.
The showers in the women’s was those ridiculous push button water saving ones. WHY?
We went to Hendra holiday park for takeaway fish and chips as found odd that all chip shops closed on Sunday (which was our arrival day) and we didn’t fancy pizza etc from the on site shop. This comes back to not knowing what the restaurant evening menu was.
Not complaining at all but a few tweaks required so the stay could have been more relaxing, more impulsive and with no pre planning our days.

No one at reception had any bus information about getting to Newquay. Used park and ride in the end.
Outdoor pool isn’t heated.

Good sized pitches, friendly staff, lots to do with the children at the site and around. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Came with my two children, arrived before 3 & given our camping space.

Kids enjoyed the indoor swimming & Golf which was free with the leisure pass.

The electric hook up didn’t need a 20m which I was happy about as I only had my 15m length cable.

The bathrooms were clean however due to the amount of campers/caravans could of done with more toilets/showers/sinks as you did have to wait.

I found that we were literally too close to other campers, unfortunately maybe this was a personal preference but prefer to have more space.
The WiFi which you have to pay for, literally kept disappearing, so used my own MB on my phone.
The electrics were very close to the water tap, thought this is a bit of a hazard!
When we arrived we went to the pub on site as it was torrential rain staff were very unwelcoming & informed they were not serving food, wasn’t aware that the leisure complex also had a cafe, more information should be given on the leaflet to say where food served etc. Map was given of site but not signpost where exit was, very confusing when trying to leave.
Felt accommodation was too far away from any local shops, had to drive a fair distance to get to a supermarket.

The entertainment and the staff were so friendly and engaging it made it a pleasure to visit

It was nice and quiet especially at night so was able to sleep well. Access to showers and other facilities was good. Bins were only a short walk away from everyone and water and electric was right in our pitch.

Shower pressure was quite low so showering took a while but were clean mostly especially in the morning and evening. WiFi/signal was quite poor for us personally but as soon as outside the resort it was okay. No complaints otherwise.

Really liked all the onsite amenities! Also loved how spacious the pitches were and the bathrooms were lovely and clean!

On site facilities were okay as per anywhere else over priced for the pub and shop.
Slip and slide on site was good for the kids and the crazy golf passed time away. Disappointed that the site was invaded by some unwanted people but was quickly dealt with the next day.

First week was brilliant all campers were united as one second week we had was terrible, more cars than tents parked up around the pitches massive gazebos erected where cars were meant to park and even 1 night had to get up at 0.15 am to ask the next door neighbour to turn his car radio off.
