Location was spot on, close drive to Rhyl but set in pristine countryside. Facilities were amazing nice hot showers and clean toilets. We were pitched next to the cow field which was so cute. Loved it.

not all guest were respectful of others around them. Toilets not always clean - guest not cleaning up after themselves.

Location just on the edge of Rhuddlan, working farm, very peaceful and lots of room. Facilities immaculate, modern and plentiful.
Owner came round every day, very friendly and helpful.
Close to designated purpose built cycle routes, especially route 84.
Lovely walks nearby that are mainly flat and by the river, with benches to enjoy the views.
Nearest pub about half a mile.

Absolute marvellous site. Quiet and clean. Showers very clean. Friendly owners. If you are visiting Wales its a perfect place to base yourselves. Will definitely go again

Nothing to dislike

We stayed at Abbey Farm caravan & camping site for just one night. We found it peaceful & quiet with beautiful countryside views. The toilets & showers were clean with plenty of hot water. The site owners were very kind & helpful. Would definitely recommend & would happily stay there again.

Excellent communication from owners prior to arriving.
Lovely open views to beautiful farmland and countryside, the pitches were large with plenty of space inbetween and the whole vibe of the site was relaxed.
Facilities are important to us and the toilets and showers were modern, functional, warm and clean.
Although there was no shop on site, a scenic 10 minute walk to to village provided everything you could want or need for your stay.
Lots of places to visit and things to do all around.
Celia would do a walk around most mornings to check all her campers were happy but in no way was intrusive, very friendly and welcoming.
I would thoroughly recommend for a people who enjoy a smaller, quiet site away from it all

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic facilities very clean, new and spacious, the view of the hills when waking up is another level it really was hands down the best mini break we’ve had in years
The pitches were level and nicely spaced so your not too cramped
Shops are not massively far away and there’s a castle about 15-20 min walk from the site
The owner of the site was lovely and very helpful too will definitely be returning to stay again

This is an outstanding campsite. We have been camping all around the UK and this site is well up there with the best we have stayed at. Facilities are amazing and very clean, pitches are spot on and the family that run this site are lovely. The village of Rhuddlan is a short walk away that has pubs, shops, cafes and take aways. We very rarely visit the same site twice as there is so much to see but we will 100% be back for another stay. See you soon Abbey Farm 😀👍

Absolutely nothing

Pretty much everything, the site is perfect for relaxing with family and friends and the facilities are superb. Don't come here if you if you are looking to party into the night, this is not the place for you. Owner was so welcoming and super helpful, if only more site owners were similar, we are so used to being hit with rule after rule as soon as we visit most sites, this was the complete opposite but you could tell straight away that all campers were considerate and just there to relax and enjoy the bank holiday. Toilets and showers spotless. Will definitely be visiting again

Nothing to dislike at all. Absolutely nothing being ultra picky.....The only things I can mention are a very noisy cold water tap, I was conscious of waking up the people in the tent behind us when filling the kettle. There was a bit of dog poo in places but might have been from the working dogs on the farm.
