Dog's from some of the campers left to roam free and they all favoured our pitch at their toilet. The owners sheepdogs we're always off the lead and liked to pee on my awning, we also witnessed her doing a massive poo next to the electric hook up. But I didn't realise that the back of our van was the favourite spot until I stood in it when emptying our loo and then walked it all over the awning carpet and in to the van. Make sure to take toilet paper with you when you need the loo because quite often there's none in the WC. We paid for four nights but left after three. We were on pitch 47 so maybe pick a different pitch if you go.

Loved the place nice and quiet will be staying again toilets and showers lovely and clean owners took time to walk round and make u feel welcome not far from Rhyl nice little village plenty of nice surroundings to go visit

Everything. Welcomed by celia and her sheepdog , informed about local dog walks and nearby shops etc ,had amazing views of Welsh hills , slept like a baby , toilets and showers clean and stocked , looking forward to going back ..

We stayed at Abbey Farm campsite in July and all agree it's one of the best sites we have ever stayed on (if not the best).

It's a working farm in Rhuddlan with everything you need and has stunning views of the Welsh hills, it's well set out with plenty of space, clean, tidy and very well maintained.

The owners are fabulous, they genuinely care about their guests and made us all feel extremely welcome. Even before we arrived they texted, gave us all the information we needed and wished us a safe journey, once we arrived they came over and introduced themselves and spent ages chatting with us. Throughout our stay whenever we passed or bumped into each other they had plenty of time to chat or give us any information we needed, it felt like we'd known each other for years.

Rhuddlan has pretty much everything you need for your stay within a few minutes walk of the site and is a short drive from several supermarkets, the coast and the Welsh hills.

I would definitely recommend Abbey Farm but not too much as I don't want it to get so popular that we struggle to be able to come back, because we are coming back as soon as we can. ♥️♥️

Lovely site. Very nice toilet and shower block at our end of the site. Celia was very friendly and helped us with the use of a ladder when we needed to access the roof of our motorhome.

Absolutely loved our first trip with our new camper at Abbey Farm. Peaceful location, showers and toilets immaculate! We had a walk to Rhyl along the river and a Guinness at the local pub! The Alpacas wandering around were an added bonus! 20 minutes to Rhos on Sea for a walk on the beach with our puppy! Could not of wished for a better place and cannot wait to go back!

The site felt safe ,it was so clean great recycle set up a lovely room with a shared freezer and fridge books toys even a laundry service Buster, Jess and puppy Abbey are so friendly the bathrooms all 3 sets spread across the site were clean various taps with hoses advertising clean drinking water it was more than a pleasure to stay and will definitely be going back - Thank you
