Gostou A lovely peaceful site with everything to offer for kids - swimming, arcade, golf, pedal buggies, high ropes etc etc. It felt like we did so much but equally felt relaxed. washing up/toilet blocks were clean/maintained. I particularly like that the sinks are separate to the toilets. (Makes teeth brushing more pleasant) Another bonus : bushes in between each pitch providing lots of privacy!

Não gostou The only thing I can think of is it felt like anyone could just walk on to site, but this wouldn't put me off from coming again.

Gostou We liked the entertainment for the evening and the large venue for eating. Inside or out. The arcade was better then other parkdeans weve visited

Não gostou On arrival i asked how the parks booking system worked for what was available the receptionist was unsure. I said what do we do for swimming she said just walk in. Up in the booking area. They were chatting amogst theirselves . Wernt to bothered about giving advice. Even though they could of sold me bookings. I was annoyed no one told us it was 45 minute swim sessions . W
We asked a member of staff at the pool what times the slots were she was unsure because you were short staffed. 45 minutes when its hot isnt great and actually we were annoyed and ended up going to the beach instead . All staff lacked knowlege . The camping toilets had no soap in the whole time we were their and the 2nd toilet in lifts away from the floor.
All in all we wouldnt visit again

Gostou Where we parked was nice, which would make us go again possibly...
Swimming...just turn up

Não gostou Touring caravan parking quite tight
Toilets and showers were in a very dated, dirty state unfortunately
Fish and chips was an absolute rip off and missed part of our order...then argued it!?!
Outside pool was nice and no booking needed but freezing cold

Gostou Spacious pitch, lots of activities for children.

Não gostou The shower/ toilet block didn’t have soap and was often out of toilet roll, showers weren’t clean. Could do with something in the shower cubicle to clear the floor.

Having a time limit on the pool was frustrating, especially on a hot day!

Gostou Plenty of activities for the children to do but be prepared to book everything online and pay extra. High ropes £30 for 2 people. Karts £17. Pool party £15, Mini Golf £6 per person etc. Camp site was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and polite. Evening entertainment was okay.

Não gostou Pool was open 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm. Que to get in and only aloud 45mins. Indoor pool freezing and colder than the outdoor at one point. Outdoor pool has moss on the rim which was all in the pool. No hot water in 2 of the shower blocks so had to walk to the 3rd. Not the cleanest. Nearest toilet block had every toilet blocked. Wifi doesnt reach the camp site in the paddock.

Gostou Really nice park, mostly flat which is a big plus and has touring options which is also great.

Gostou It's a lovely site, clean and well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. Choice of eating places great and on the whole the food was good. There are laundry facilities there, great, however, there are three washing options available with different costs but only advertised for the eco wash. What we didn't realize Tescos will deliver to the site.

Não gostou The amount of activities that was available had a cost to. Which can become Very expensive for families Very limited free items, to participate in, like swimming, the amount of time available not great especially with the numbers of people wishing to use the pools completely understand the safety aspect, however with the hot weather, instead of closing at 12-14.00 the staff availability should have been reviewed, to allow the pool to remain open. Which would have reduced the queuing time and disappoint for those not able to use the facility, when it closed at 16.00. shame the shower/toilet block near us was closed down, especially as that particular option was chosen due to medical conditions.

Gostou The evening entertainment is great for children.

Não gostou The site was overpopulated, pitches for caravans where far to small, with far more people using the area than it was designed to accommodate. As a result, the grounds and facilities are showing clear signs of neglect and poor maintenance. Overflowing waste, damaged infrastructure, toilets and shower blocks dirty and lack of regular upkeep have negatively impacted both the appearance and overall experience of the site.
