Gostou Good-sized and well defined pitches in mown areas amongst the long grass. All the facilities I needed (ie toilet, shower, water, washing up area and some ability to charge devices) and none I didn't need. Exactly what I look for in a site. Not too far from the coast path.

Não gostou Wouldn't stay again as a solo traveller as it's quite expensive for 1 as it's priced by the pitch with presumption that it's a family staying on the pitch (so excellent value for 6 people, not so good for 1). Ground was very hard and difficult to get stakes in, due to the dry weather. Not as quiet as it should have been after dark, but was bank holiday week during school holidays, and road was surprisingly noisy at times.

All of our pitches are set back from the road and separated by the native trees and hedging we planted 5 years ago, which are now establishing and provide natural screening. While we understand that our pricing may not suit everyone, we believe it is highly competitive compared to other local sites, given our spacious pitches, which are separated by tall wild grass and flowers rather than positioned side by side. Guests can also leave their car on site and enjoy a short walk to the village or beach. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Gostou This place is amazing. Excellent sized pitches. Toilets and showers were spotless. We stayed for one night it was peaceful within Beautiful surroundings. The owners were extremely helpful. Even going above and beyond to find us some wood for the fire pit that they deliver to your pitch. I’d highly recommend anyone that wants a night off grid in the motorhome to visit this site.

Gostou We stayed as a family with two young children and really enjoyed our time here. The spacious pitches with long grass and clear cut paths gave a lovely, natural feel. It’s just a short walk into Mundesley (or an even quicker drive), and the local farmer even offered a BBQ, which was a nice touch. Peaceful and quiet, with a stunning sunset to end the day – we’d definitely recommend it.

Gostou Great site. Toilets and shower facilities were great. Also washing pots area fab. A point to charge phones available also. Freezer blocks taken each day and returned frozen.

Each pitch very adequately spaced with wild grass in between for more privacy.

20 minute walk to Mundesley beach, which is stunning.

10 minute walk to village which has everything you need.

Gostou Everything! We have just returned from a fantastic week and an extra day away in Norfolk. We loved staying at Hayfields Hideaway, a lovely small campsite, friendly owners. Clean toilets and showers and a good size pot washing area. The campsite was a 15 min walk to the beach and Mundesley was closer and had everything you need, bakers, butchers, green grocer, corner shop, ice cream, chippies and a few seaside shops. I would highly recommend this campsite

Gostou Great stay at this lovely campsite. The hayfield cut with areas for pitches gives lots of privacy and there is good space between the pitches. A sense of nature very present and calm quiet.
The amenities were very clean with everything working well.
The campsite owner was great- friendly and very helpful without being intrusive.
You can walk into village and beach either 20 mins or a longer lovely walk about 40 mins.

Gostou Beautiful small site which i imagine looked even better when all the wild flowers were in bloom. Good facilities for pot washing & clean toilets. Great location & not too many pitches with lots of space between.

Não gostou No hot water in the sink ( toilet area) & showers not hot enough for me 🥶 although on a hot day they might have been ok

We’re sorry about the hot water in the sink, this was a temporary fault that our team quickly resolved once notified.

Regarding the showers, if you’d spoken to a team member we could have adjusted the temperature (if it was truely cold), though we do need to be mindful of children using the showers and can’t have it too hot.

Gostou Small size, clean toilets, showers were very warm and powerful, mobile phone charging station, location was peaceful and quiet, pitch size was good, friendly owners, great location, short walk to the beach.
