I’m sorry to learn that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. The points you’ve raised regarding the shower facilities, food value, service speed, evening entertainment, and the condition of the swimming pool lockers have all been noted and will be reviewed with the relevant teams.

We have spent many hours reviewing and improving our food menus to provide great value for money, and we will continue to refine this based on feedback like yours. Our Tribe team works incredibly hard to deliver the best activities and entertainment on park, ensuring special memories are made for all our guests.

I am particularly sorry to hear about the lockers. We have invested in our swimming pool for 2026, and I will personally go back and take a closer look.

We are continuously working to improve all areas of the park it’s in our nature to listen to our guests and make ongoing enhancements wherever we can.

Gostou Spacious pitches, absolutely loads to do with kids, clean facilities, lovely warm pool, pub just outside the site. We did the alpaca care and stuffed toy activities and our little one loved it, very reasonably priced

We would have sent an email prior to your arrival to advise of any facilities that were unavailable, and I am very sorry if this impacted your experience. Unfortunately, the venue closure was out of our control, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been.

I am also sorry to hear that you found the swimming pool cold. I will make sure this is passed on to the team so they can check and make any necessary adjustments.

Our Tribe team did run entertainment and activities at the amphitheatre for our holiday guests.

Não gostou No-one checked us in, no-one told us where anything was or explained how we find a site or which was ours.
Anyone could have got in and had free accommodation for the night.
Was absolute chaos and we had no idea how it was supposed to.

I am sorry that our Welcome Team did not give you directions or information on arrival. They are there to help and support you, as well as ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, so I apologise that this wasn’t your experience.

Please be assured that our Touring Team, Security, and Welcome Teams are all very aware of who should be on the park. Anyone we are unsure of is challenged.

Do gestor: I’m so sorry there was a disturbance during your stay we’re just so excited to begin the improvements across the park! I’ll be informing our touring teams about the drainage in the showers to make sure this is addressed quickly.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere, though I completely understand the challenges with the muddy ground while the works are underway. The road surfaces are also on our radar for attention.

Gostou Close to the entertainment areas, plenty of space. Ladies toilets were fine and warm, hubby reported the men's were not as pleasant. Well stocked shop, selling very welcome coffee and pastries in the morning.
We had fish and chips in the evening, which were beautiful and cost £18 each.

Não gostou We arrived after dark, having never been to the site before so we were a little confused when we were told by the person on the gate 'just park anywhere' Anyway we did, but it was fine!

We’re glad the new park shop hit the spot we make sure it’s well stocked, and it’s always great to hear our warm, yummy morning pastries went down a treat! And of course, our famous fish and chips get everyone debating: salt and vinegar or not?

I’m sorry that the men’s toilets weren’t up to standard I’ve passed this on to our touring teams to sort. I also apologise that our Welcome Teams didn’t direct you as clearly as they should have on arrival we’ll make sure first-time visitors feel more confident finding their way next time.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower and toilet facilities. This is certainly not the standard we aim for. Our facilities should always be clean, warm, and practical for all guests, including those with specific needs such as space for clothing or contact lens care. I will be passing this straight to our touring management team so we can address these concerns urgently.

Regarding the map, we do email this ahead of arrival, but we also have larger printed maps available at Reception for anyone who may need one. We do have our Elsan waste point located on the touring field, and I’m sorry this wasn’t easy to locate. Clearer signage is something we are actively working on it’s in our nature to keep improving.
