Gostou Very quiet, peaceful and clean. Google maps found and directed me here without a problem, even found an alternative route when an idiot towing a caravan twice the length of his car jack knived on a steep hill. Tiolets were very clean but not used the showers as of this post. Farmers seem very nice and friendly, but only made contact via the phone. I have to point out, this is the first campsite in Wales so far that is very strict on keeping your dogs on a lead and not found an area where I can let my boarder Collie run around with his Frisbee, yet. On another point, as a traveller with mobility issues, the signed walk to the beach is not accessible to mobility scooters, wheelchairs and for that matter parents with young children that make use of prams, pushchair to you young and hip people. As a result if you are going to the main beach in Aberystwyth, be warned the stated sat nav travel time of around 12 minutes takes more in the region of 30 to 40 minutes due to the bad traffic layout of the town centre.

Não gostou Nothing on the campsite. As of 12/08/2026, the tourist price for one portion of fish and chips, once a UK staple, will set you back £13, yes you saw that right, a British tradition now well out of the reach of 6th class Brits like me but even worse for the average family of 4 who all want their own portion, as this will set you back £52 for one family meal.

Gostou Oak tree farm was great. the grounds are very clean and well kept, the owners are very friendly and welcoming and the location is more than adequate. The toilets showers and wash areas are kept immaculate but then again so is everywhere at this location, even the dog owners, us amongst them kept the area clean unlike many places we have been to. We were allowed to use the horse training arena to let one of our dogs have a run with his ball and he loved the soft cushioning floor. We would definitely recommend Oak tree farm to anyone wanting a nice quiet break.

Não gostou Only myself as a bad dog owner for allowing one of my terrors to get loose and running after other dogs to play with.
