Gostou Small site. Amy always around and happy to help. Decent clean facilities. Cleaned throughout the day as well as first thing. Onsite shop with essentials. Play area.

Não gostou Ants, but it was v hot and dry. Amy kindly gave us some treatment to put around our tent which helped. Site could do with a bit of extra tidying up in areas.

Não gostou What a disappointment after a lovely stay last year. We stayed 3 nights, first couple fine, but Saturday night seemed to be v v noisy. 2 separate groups having loud music and v drunk. People next to us still v loud til midnight. No respect for others. There is/was a warden, but no sign of him intervening. As though groups had booked for a single night for a party then left. Separate issue of bins overspilling. Day 2 no hot water in the morning. No showers or ability to wash up. My daughter went to Farm reception at 9am. They said it would be sorted. Site warden rocked up at 10 saying nobody had put money in meter, laughing about it. People want to be able to have showers and wash up before 10, that is just basics. Also aware of bins, but again just left. Farm v overpriced, no incentive to go as no discount if have a event on.

Regarding the noise disturbance, our campsite warden is based on site throughout the camping season, and guests are welcome to contact him directly by visiting his warden's van if any issues arise during their stay. We have shared your comments with the warden and asked him to be particularly mindful of noise levels and to listen out for any disturbances during his rounds. We are also sorry to hear about the overflowing bins. The bins are emptied regularly by our waste collection contractor, but we apologise that they became overfilled during your visit. We have passed this feedback on to the campsite warden so that this can be monitored more closely during daily checks and cleaning rounds. We apologise for the lack of hot water on the morning you mentioned. We understand how frustrating this would have been, particularly when guests expect access to basic facilities such as showers and washing-up areas. With regard to event discounts, the Farm Park operates as a separate business from the campsite. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer discounted admission during event days due to the additional costs involved. This information is provided at the time of booking on our website so that guests can make an informed decision before their stay. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. Gostou Location great. Facilities reasonable. Friendly staff.

Não gostou I realise it's a pop-up site, but fridges would be helpful given no electric hook up. I do also appreciate you're relying on people clearing it out etc, but no shop for milk would mean could at least have a cuppa. Tents and cars q close to one another.
