Gostou The pitch was big and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. A lovely setting to relax.

Gostou Absolutely excellent site. Toilets and shower rooms immaculate. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Lovely peaceful area. Good dog walks. Would definitely stay there again.

Gostou Nothing as I was told no pitch available and come back later on in the evening.

Não gostou The lady on reception was rude and stated she didn't have an electric pitch. I had booked and paid online. When I turned up at site at 2.30pm I was told there was no pitch available and to come back after 6pm. She said she would try and find and pitch but didn't have any according to her records. I had to go and find somewhere else to stay that night.

We pride ourselves on an efficient booking process and a stress free check in procedure. On this occasion we didn’t live up to our high standards. Regrettably, our receptionist had not received your booking as you had booked only a few hours earlier. I will be reviewing our operations to ensure late bookings are picked up by reception. Unfortunately, as you couldn’t provide your booking confirmation on arrival, reception couldn’t site you straight away. I apologise that we didn’t have you pitch available immediately, we did have your pitch ready later on in the day, but regrettably you had moved on to somewhere else. Gostou Good dog walks round the lakes. Friendly staff and other tourers. Welcomed my big Rottweiler.
