Gostou Location and very friendly staff, Alan, Penny and Charlotte were very accommodating and welcoming. Accessibility to the Downs and the 2 great pubs half hour walking distance from the site. Beautiful surrounding countryside. The well maintained and pretty campsite with pitches amongst the trees and open grass areas

Não gostou Traffic noise...but this did not detract from our stay and would not stop us going again.

Gostou Spacious pitches, beautiful, breathtaking scenery. Friendly hosts. Pigmy goats, sheep, ducks and cows around. Red kites soaring in the sky above and even landing in the fields nearby. Lots of walking opportunities from the campsite. Fire pits allowed 👍. Pub 5 mins down the road. This is a lovely semi wild site. If you don't like composting toilets that may slightly smell! don't come. If you don't like traipsing to get water or washing up in the sinks provided with cold water, don't come. There's 1 shower..it's down the hill, if that bothers you, then don't come! If you want to be in nature and be surrounded by stunning views and wildlife and enjoy a genuine camping experience then THIS is for you.

Gostou Lovely little campsite. A nice well stocked shop on site. All facilities clean and kept clean throughout the day. Friendly staff. Beautiful countryside around you.

Gostou Great views. Location. Farm shop. Fires allowed. Friendly hosts. Pub 10 mins down the road and walking distance to the Roaches. Clean well stocked toilets. Listen to the various wild fowl on the lakes.

Não gostou Water-logged ground and vehicle tracks. Congested parking due to poor weather. I appreciate the host cannot be held responsible for the weather but probably need to look into larger hard standing for vehicles due to the change in our weather patterns

Do gerente: Thank you for your review & lovely photos - comments noted, unfortunately the month's rain in 24hrs that we had on the Wednesday previous just didn't give the field time to dry up before arrivals coming in on the Thursday, the previous weekend had been glorious everyone drove on & off with no issues - we are going to speak with pitch-up to see if we can have a separate allocation for the camper vans with having limited hard standing as on our booking sheet it unfortunately doesn't state what is arriving, be it tent or camper
