Accidentally broke the pod key fob. The staff were very accommodating over this and treated it with good humour when I went to reception on the day I left.

Area was close to the pub/entertainment venue , arcade was good, close to the beach

Showers were very dirty and too small for the number off people they cram on the site.

We like camping in places with open spaces to play a little bit of sports/games but we're all cramped into one corner leaving us no space to play , when raising this concern we was advised to go the other side of the site there for not being able to enjoy leaving the ones that didn't want to play behind at the tent, Everyone was that cramped in I saw many people trip over guidelines as they physically couldnt walk around them! I felt sorry for the Asian couple on pitch 34 I belive it was who had about 3 metres of room for the whole tent and car which I do belive there is a legal required of how far pitches should be from each other !

The BIGGEST ONE !!! Due to pitch up saying there was electrical hook up bookings available i proceeded to book the pitch for the campsite office to say it was a touring pitch only, I was advised to rebook and as I was still attending with another booking they would then refund me the original booking, this wasnt the case and I paid twice for a 3 night stay in a cramped campsite, this has left me having to work over time to cover the costs that should of been an easy fix ! Management and site receptionists don't seem to care and even an offer of discount to ease the problems hasn't even been offered!

We then booked swimming over the receptions phone line where we was told it was booked onto the sister site where we then travelled down the road to be told we was booked at the original site there for missing a big junk of our booking , again at reception they didn't seem to care this had happened! The ladies on reception need to show some more compassion and I would highly recommend they were put on some sort of customer training skills courses ! After all they are representing lyons holidays which are there to make families feel welcome hand have fun where this was not the case! It the refund was dealt with properly and an apology was given about the swimming this review wouldn't of been half as bad !

Could maybe invest in some wifi

We have stayed on this site before it joined pitch up with other family members where it was very enjoying but I will now not be recommending this site to anyone anymore

Clean and tidy site. Beautiful views. Within walking distance to a shop, chip shop, arcade and the beach.
Only 5 minutes Driving distance to Barmouth.

The area was clean, well maintained, the pitch areas were well enough spaced so as not to be not crowded.
The washroom/showers were suitable.
Toilet paper was in ample supply,
Access to a 'sister' site, with more facilities, was helpful.

The shower cubicles could do with a deep clean.

Great campsite with good access to the beach with a short walk. Clean site.

A Great, clean, well maintained space and well spread out pitches, lovely huts as well and not forgetting lovely staff.

Codes, you need to have the memory of an elephant to remember the code for the loo, if you get taken short in the night, take your phone. No wifi at all onside.

Easy check in, great facilities, nearby amenities, good location

Pitch 40 wasnt signposted (as it had recently moved) but thankfully an attendant was nearby to point us in th right direction
