The area was like something out of a fairytale, it really was a magical place! Clearly lots of upgrades happening, can't wait to come back.

Whose this site last minute as we were in the area, stayed in our van and the site was easy to access and lots of space to choose from. The owner was lovely, and scenery was great too.

Lots of space. So quiet at the date I booked. A wet day but to be expected in December and the ground was a bit mushy but with so much space was able to easily find a suitable spot

When we arrived at the the check in the hospitality was amazing. We were appointed to our pitch immediately with no problems. I would recommend this campsite not only because of its views and location but also the friendly atmosphere.

We arrived early evening and pitched in the dark, greeted on arrival and given helpful instructions on beat places to pitch! The site is lovely and so picturesque this time of year! As expected the drinking water taps on site had frozen which wasnt too much of an issue as there is a town only 10minutea away to stock up on water! The toilet blocks, although rustic, were great and had black boards with plenty of information! No wifi but not a single issue with mobile data signal!

Loved camping next to the river despite the cold, snow and ice! Would happily stay again!

Cheap and cheerful, great location

After all the rain it was verrrrry muddy

It was our first visit to this site and we absolutely LOVED it, so-much-so that we are going again in a couple of weeks. It is peaceful, beautiful scenery, relaxed atmosphere and quite magical.

We stayed in our caravan, overlooking the river with wandering sheep on our field. The owners allow fire pits and there are plenty around the site for people to use. There is a little wooded copse area in the middle of the site, it has huge rocks scattered in the wood, places to sit and chat and enjoy nature at it's best.

The walks around the site are second to none, our dogs absolutely loved e very minute. The location is just perfect, we ventured out to Betws y coed, just a couple of miles away and definitely worth a visit.

We really couldn't fault the site in any way.
