Beautiful place to stay and I’m sure I will visit again, amazing hosts, very kind and gentle. campsite very clean and looked after very well, small spot but u get everything u need, could do with more privacy : ) Even tho I really enjoyed being there as most days I was out to explore . Somerset is beautiful ✨

Mine pitch and few other people with no kids were close to the playground which made the stay very noisy and unable to relax. Kids approaching my dog without asking to pet( anxious dog) One thing which I could maybe consider placing families on the pitches around the playground and people with no kids further back. Don’t get me wrong I love kids and it’s lovely to see them play but I think we all have our own limits :) it will be nice to have some privacy instead of kids running around my allocated pitch and popping in say hi :)

Everything! An amazing site with clean toilets and showers and a well stocked games room for if the weather turned which even had a fridge, kettle and microwave for people to use

The only thing (and it is really a tiny thing) is a small stool in the toilet/shower pods would be helpful as there was nowhere to sit and get dressed after a shower

Spacious pitches, nicely maintained grounds and good showers/ toilets. Picnic bench at the pitch and walks around the lake are nice extras.

The facilities were lovely and clean. The dog field was brilliant too.

We arrived on site and were seen too immediately by the lovely lady host and her 2 dogs (which were so friendly!).
We were given loads of information about the site shop, communal games area, any activities and restaurants/pubs in the area.
We arrived at our pod and it was alot bigger than expected and so clean! The pods are fully equipped with cups and cutlery, washing equipment, kettle and tv/DVD player. We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
The site itself was great with fishing lakes, kids park and the lovely little shop, which sells great honey!
We will definitely be back and recommend to others :)

The campsite was lovely, pitches evenly spaced out and great facilities for a little on with the playground and game rooms for older kids. There was a spacious dog olay area enclosed. Showers and toilet block were clean, the honesty shop was well stocked with wood and some essentials. All in all a great experience, plus the owners were friendly and they let me use their electric car charger for a reasonable cost.

At the time we were there, there was a bit of noise from plant vehicles going back and forth to the power plant but tuned this out after second night.

Loved the pod, beautiful and quaint. Loved the carp pillow that my partner was desperate to own. Loved the well kept greens and lakes. Loved the sports room with all the books, dvds and especially the air hockey table of which we had countless matches and giggles.
Loved the friendliness of the staff and the people on site. Loved the use of the fridge and freezer which was just perfect. The toilets and showers were clean and well looked after and just an all round wonderful place to be.

Was last minute booking but they have space and the whole process was very quick. The facilities were nice and clean. The have had a room with games where you can enjoy the evening with partner/friends. Beautiful nature and lakes. Definitely site worth to see and spend the night at. Overall was great experience.
