Do gerente: Hi Sian. We do not usually reply to reviews but would like to explain.
We do not offer a fridge as we are a site with 90 units, Improper storage or handling of food in a communal fridge can lead to the transfer of bacteria from one item to another. My advice is to bring a cooler box with freezer blocks, we do offer a freezer to refreeze your blocks and borrow some of our blocks while your own are freezing.

BBQ's are allowed however they must be at lease 10 inches off the ground to prevent scorching of the grass, disposable BBQ's do not meet this criteria and have in the past caused fires in the recycling area, this information is available on PitchUP prior to booking.

Had you have checked in on arrival instead of going straight to a pitch the code for the toilets would have been explained along with a welcome letter with all the information you require.

Gostou Visited as a single parent with my 2 boys. Super friendly owner, great clean facilities. Football goal and park for kids. Great location for Harlech/Porthmadog etc. Firepit hire and a few other bits can we purchased onsite. We had a fabulous weekend despite some bad weather!

Gostou Owner was really lovely. Asked all questions asked with no issues. Showers and toilets very clean clean. Bin area very clean. Tent pitches big. Great location close to numerous local small towns. 100% will be back! Thank you

Gostou A lot of green space for the children to play and a play area with climbing frame.
Facilities were clean and to a great standard.

Pitch was clearly marked and in great condition.

Location is perfect for exploring and plenty of great walks straight from the site.

WiFi is available but at an additional cost, phone signal is limited but I was able to hotspot my phone when needed.

Não gostou Only 1 negative for me which in no way could be helped by the site, the site is close to a national speed limit road which you could hear the abundance of sports cars and motorcycles travelling along.

But again there is nothing the site can do about this.

Gostou It was so friendly and welcoming, hygiene was top dollar, the wash room not only had a coffee machine, washer, dryer, hair dryer, as well as sinks for the dishes but it also had books, magazines and DVD's if you were struggling with boredom.
I'm new to the caravanning side of holidays so I was able to ask for guidance and I didn't feel like I was asking a stupid question.

The views are worth it when it finally stopped raining.

Signal black spot, but wifi can be purchased online or at reception. I loved that my family had to "unplug" and be present.
