Gostou: Spotlessly clean, well-maintained campsite, with great facilities: hot showers, freezer for ice blocks, fire pits and super helpful hosts.
Great location, only 10 minutes to Glastonbury. Level, easily accessible pitches.

Gostou: This is a little gem of a campsite. Great communication from Neil even before we arrived. Very helpful and friendly.
Lovely flat, quiet and private field, with a lovely set up of clean and inviting bathrooms, washing up area, honest shop ( a absolute favourite for our son), picnic area/play area with a football table, garden games, a fire pit, or if youd prefer fire pits you can borrow. (Wood and lighters for sale in the honesty shop).
They have thought of it all 😀.
It was lovely to sit out and relax in the countryside for the weekend.
A 5 minute drive to Clarks Village, 10 minutes into Glastonbury. Just a lovely area to enjoy.
We will be returning

Gostou: Lovely setting with good size pitches and clean, high quality amenities. Host was very welcoming and friendly and location is great for exploring Glastonbury and surrounding area. Highly recommended

Gostou: Beautiful family run campsite, couldn’t fault it.
Lovely location not far from Glastonbury village. Lovely walks nearby and pub up the road.
Guy who runs it is lovely and welcoming.
Lovely clean bathrooms and showers. And lots of quirky additions on the campsite.

Gostou: Beautiful, well maintained camp site. The owners are really accommodating and just could not do enough for you. Location wise, there is a fantastic pub 5mins walk with fantastic food and a carvery on a Sunday.
The owners told us they had only been running the site for about two years, to be honest, if they had said 10 years I would have believed it. Its just the little touches like the dog stick library, the honesty fridge and freezer selling ice creams and bags of ice. Just take what you like and put the money in the tin, brilliant!!

Yes its only our second year, and we try to provide everything we think people staying will need, lovely feed back thank you again.

Gostou: Everything - the owners are very kind and caring people and made me and everyone feel very welcome. I chatted on several occasions with the owners when they walked around the site to ensure everything was well. This was nice as I was travelling solo.

The toilets, showers and washing up area are kept spotless and checked very regularly.

The showers were nice and warm with very good pressure.

The camping field is flat with the pitches each marked out and the grass is well kept and cut.

There is the option to use a fire pit raised off the floor and BBQ are allowed too.

In the centre of the field there is also picnic benches for all to use too.

I felt the cost of my stay was really reasonable and so was the small cost to have electric hook up. (I would recommend taking an extension though).

I would highly recommend this site and will certainly be returning (hopefully later this season)

Não gostou: There was nothing to dislike other than having to pack up and leave to drive back home

Gostou: What a hidden gem! Small but so lovely! Lovely flat pitches (unusual in my experience when pitching a tent, despite extortionate prices paid!) very reasonably priced, dogs are welcome and secure field plus lots of lovely walking for your furry friends!! Toilets/showers were cleaned so regularly and the owners were so friendly, stopping for chats and always on hand if you need anything! Little touches like sticks for the dogs, poo bags if needed, snacks and treats, fresh eggs etc with honesty box for payment. Fire pits and wood available if needed, free of charge! I know sounds too good to be true but honestly it’s real! Plenty to do with Glastonbury, Wells, Wookey hole and lots of other attractions close by, what’s not to love?! There was an areas with picnic tables and games etc in the centre, would be perfect for a group camping to use as a communal area too, with info about places to eat etc. We have had such a lovely weekend, even the weather wasn’t as bad as predicted and we will definitely go back ☺️
