Grange Leisure Park

Gostou Well stocked shop, location great for what we needed, only a few minutes away from the sea front and other attractions. Pitch was flat and easy to peg into. Entertainment was great, and a great selection of games in the arcade. The food we had in the restaurant was also nice. A complaint regarding other campers was sorted very quickly. The toilets and other facilities were kept very clean and bins were emptied properly. Other than the goose and duck poo, the site was very clean! Most other campers close to us were very nice and the site is very dog friendly.

Não gostou When we arrived we had been put on a hardstanding pitch which was no good for a tent, this got sorted but we had to pitch our tent on the grass behind the hardstanding pitch. We were then very close to the lake which meant there was goose and duck poo surrounding us and the kids couldn't play near the tent. The restaurant had ran out of chicken strips and had none for the 4 days we were there which when you have 2 fussy children isn't ideal but we carried on, they also ran out of pizzas on our last night. Another group of campers partied until 1 am on our first night with fire pits, loud music and laughing which kept us all awake (this was dealt with the next day by staff) we were told when we made the complaint that security is supposed to walk around the site after hours to patrol issues like this but we did not see them once. There were a lot of families which let their children run feral around the main entertainment area which included the park, beer garden, arcade, restaurant and bar. Picking on other kids and underage drinking and smoking (I'm talking between 9 and 14 years of age!)

Gostou Had a brilliant break away, great reception when arriving, everything was well looked after, loved the kids entertainment,had everything we needed.

Gostou Facilities were good and clean and the staff were welcoming. The aqua park looked really fun and well organised. The arcades were big, the show bar service was fast and entertainment was good.

Gostou Level pitch. Plenty of space. Well lit at night facilitating safe walk home in the dark
Kids loved the amusements.
Aqua Park was fantastic

Quiet after half 10

Não gostou The toilet block. 2 toilets blocked (reported) and the showers were cold/cool each time we used them. Tired. Need updating
The goose poo was everywhere.
Different charge for same drinks each time we went to the bar!

Gostou Friendly reception, excellent directions to pitch (including a map of the site). Flat camping field with nearby water tap. Toilets where nearby and always clean.
Did not use the wifi so can't leave an honest review on it.

Gostou Loved this site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lou said if I needed anything or help with anything to just ask. Liked that it was patrolled later on at night. Man in van asked if everything was ok as he drove padt my tent.

Gostou Brilliant for children, lots for them to do. The camp maintenance lady was brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us.

Não gostou Far too close to the road when camping I a tent. Very cold showers. Some rude staff especially the bar manager.

Gostou Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and very clean and also friendly staff.

Não gostou Permanent residents are not so welcoming they think they own the site. No wifi unless your in the main building.

Gostou Was lovely to stay in a camping pod, was a nice experience. Clean, tidy and fitted in a huge air bed. The pod had views of the lake. Really enjoyed watching the activities done on the lake. The shop on site was very reasonably priced. The evening entertainment fab.
