Wow blown away with this beautiful quiet and secluded site. The hosts were so attentive and checked several times a day to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The toilet blocks were spotless and cleaned several times a day. Couldn’t have asked for more. No Wi-Fi so my children played and played in the open air. Definitely one I will return to soon.

Nothing to dislike

Huge amount of space for the kids to play, shared goal pitches, amazing and clean facilities, wonderfully welcoming hosts, peaceful place, in the middle of nowhere but close to some lovely little towns to visit, fire pits and wood available to rent, and if clear skies at night you can do some stargazing, no WiFi but that's a bonus as we spent time together

Everything was perfect and faultless

This place is a hidden gem, nestled in the beautiful Shropshire hills.
The owners were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were lovely and clean.
It’s a great place to relax and chill or ideal for walking and exploring as lots nearby, like Stipperstones or Church Stretton.
Fire pits are available to hire and logs to purchase and great rates, so save room in your vehicles folks!
There are also free range eggs to buy on site.

Really great site. Surrounded by nature. Owners were wonderfully helpful. Spotlessly clean facilities. Excellent location for exploring the local countryside. Loved listening to the owls at night.

Owner was super helpful and leant us some tools and towed one of our group out when she got stuck !

A really lovely small campsite with a brook running through at the bottom of the field.
Bathroom facilities were excellent, clean with plenty of hot water.
Alas we had the worst weather on our main day there but it just meant we properly relaxed & read books.
Due to the unprecedented weather, we had to be towed out as the ground was waterlogged. However, this couldn’t be helped & the owners were so helpful & friendly, it sort of made it part of the short break, especially when I got covered in mud. The owners even apologised for the weather but there was nothing to apologise for as it can’t be controlled.
We will be back but hopefully won’t require towing out next time.
There’s no wifi but that’s a bonus for us!

Lovely site with great views from the pitches. Excellent shower block and loos. Simon and Bev could not have been more helpful for us to enjoy our stay. Amazing countryside around and about here too.

Ground was quite boggy after rain

Runnis Meadow is a simple site with grass pitches and electric hook-up. The shower and toilet facilities were immaculate. Bev and Simon were very helpful and friendly. This location is great for walking in South Shropshire. We particularly enjoyed our walk from the site to The Stiperstones and the Bog School Cafe.
